As these are public forums (you're not talking to iTunes Support here) I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (posting it is an invitation to receive spam).
There are problems with the store that are affecting a number of users : http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
As I'm a fellow user I don't know when it might be fixed, but you could check that page occasionally to see when it's back up.

In fact, I find the forum contributors to be among the most kind and helpful, but that might be because they don't have to deal with the now seemingly dreaded "pricematch" epidemic;D

i have a problem when i try to update or install apps in my ipad, and a message come up says "can not connect to Itunes Store", anyone know why? please advise. however i had update all my detail of payment method.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Power cycle the router.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved. -

have you tried quiting the app, ie removing it from the multitasking bar also, and then retrying it? Failing that, flick the ipad into airplane mode for a minute, then flick it back, wait for your wifi to connect then try again.

Can't connect to Itunes store. Keep getting message code"11222". Done all the troubleshooting I can think of . Have researched my network settings and firewall settings. Have followed all the diagnostic routines. Been on the fone w/ HELP , no success. This code appears to apply to windows . but I can't get past this code. Anyone out there got a clue as to what is going on here ? thanks

Apple TV keeps saying it can't connect with itunes store. Help?
Been trying to pull up purchased season of Breaking Bad. Got thru some episodes but now it's saying it can't connect with itunes store. Everything's updated and all other features of ATV work fine.
I've had apple tv since August and seem to have had to do a restore every 2 weeks or so, lost connectivity, can't connect to itunes or other errors. the restore takes a good 20 minutes even on wide band internet. it works for a few days then seems to go bad. read something online tonight about just restarting apple tv, presumably by powering down from the socket and rebooting. good luck.

My Apple ID was disabled. I reseted it successfully. Afterwards, when I am trying to update the pending apps in App Store on my phone, in order to sign in to iTunes Store I am requested to enter a password to the wrong Apple ID which definitely does not belong to me ('[email protected]'). Of course, I don't know this password and, consequently, I can't connect to Itunes Store on my Iphone. As a result my Viber and Facetime are not active in the meanwhile. What should I do? Where did you get this iPhone?
Was it new or second hand?
You have to sign out then sign in with the correct Apple ID and password.
Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID: > do it here. -
