TS1368 Cannot connect to itunes store problem!
hello dear friends i have iPhone 5S when I sign out from my apple Id for the last time, I tried to sign in again but a comment has showed on my screen like this: "Cannot connect to itunes store" I saw the all o apple support sites guides and did them but I have this problem yet.
please if you can help me.

I have this problem as well and have had for a number of weeks now. Have tried tech support to no avail. Have tried a number of different fixes from a number of different web site. Getting seriously pee'd off. Anyone have any suggestions?

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Hi. I have a problem on my ipod touch. I try to update and download apps and then suddenly it says i cannot connect to itunes store (image below).
It really ****** me off. I thought its only for a day but its a week now and i still cannot conect to Itunes store. I even try to change the dns of my wi-fi, reset my wi-fi, reset all my setting, restore using itunes, and I even turn on automatic downloads (apps). Please help me. I really need your help. IOS 6 WIFI FIX FOR NOW!!!!!
The only quick fix for now is to reset your Network
Setting/General/Reset/Reset Nettwork Settings
Make sure you copy your password somewhere. I did so on Notes so that i could copy and paste.
This will work for a while but the problem keeps coming back in a day or so but at least its a quick fix.
I have the problem on both my Iphone and Ipad 3 with IOS 6
The only other permanent fix is to go back to IOS 5 which I had back when I tried IOS 6 bata and had the same problem which I thought Applw would have Fixed.
Apple better get there act together or Android is going to Kick there *** SOON! -

Have read several threads on this - none of the suggestions have worked. Losing my patience w/ this update - fixing iTunes Match was a nightmare that required me to restore my phone twice. Typically I use a feature in Slacker or SiriuxXM where you can purchase a song from iTunes via a direct link in one of those apps. This no longer works, nor does using the "Search" feature in the iTunes Store app. My settings are correct - though the nonsense of having an iCloud ID and a Store ID no doubt has something to do with this. Has anyone been able to resolve this using any technique other than manually changing the date and time in settings to 5 years in the future then setting it back (because this has not worked).

I cannot connect to iTunes store using iTunes. I have version 11.0.2.26 on Win 7 pc. I have had no problems until recently. Can't say exactly the problem began as I don't normally use my computer to access the store but my last successful access according to iTunes diagnostics was 28th Feb 2013 (if thats useful?!)
I've run the Network Connectivity Test in iTunes diagnostics and I got the following results:
- Network interfaces verified.
-Internet connection verified.
-Secure link to iTunes failed.
When I click the help button next to the 'Secure link to iTunes failed' message I get the following:
''iTunes Help is unavailable because your computer isn't connected to the internet.'
My pc is connected to the internet. I've checked firewalls. Windows firewall is off. I'm running AVG internet security 2013. Iv've checked the firewall settings on that and iTunes is not being blocked.
Getting kinda frustrated. Can anybody help please???I seem to have tracked down the problem. AVG Family Safety software was causing the issue somehow. I have uninstalled it and iTunes now working. I will contact AVG for a solution as I now have no way of blocking certain sites.

In the second mobile, I didnot updated the software.Today in the morning, the problem ariesed in that mobile as well. I cannot open the itunes, don't have access to apple store . No - I have not tried other routers on my network.
What I meant was I could use my itouch on other users wireless networks without any issues.
I'll update the routers DNS to try using Google's 8.8.8.8 instead of my ISP.
Is the issue DNS performance using local ISP -or are there other possibel isues when using local isp DNS? -

Paul, Mombasa, KENYA.You need to have a data connection. Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then in Settings App make sure Data is ON, or if you want make sure WiFi is ON.

I recently bought GTA 3 for my iPad and it keeps crashing. I received an invoice and it said report a problem. I clicked it and it redirected me to iTunes store, but it said cannot connect to iTunes Store. I was connected to wifi and it still appeared. I cannot report a problem on my laptop because it wont load my recent purchases.

- first I tried reset network settings, didn't work
- tried switching between wi fi and 3G, didn't work
- tried syncing with iTunes again, didn't work
- finally I restored the phone on iTunes and that solved it.
