I am trying to buy smoola for magic piano and although there is enough money in my account, it keeps telling me to contact itunes support to complete my purchase. I am about ready to throw the dang thing at the wall! any ideas?

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.
