TS1368 i downloaded itunes on my windows 7 computer from the apple website but when it said download complete it does not store itune on my computer??
When i try to download itunes onto my windows7 computer it all goes well and says it is now store but i cannot find it anywhere to open it.
I download itunes and says its complete. I then try start itunes and it says you give permission to run this program and I click yes and then it doesnt work at all.

I am trying to download Photoshop CS6 onto my Mac from the Adobe website, but I do not have a serial number. I made an Adobe ID, but the serial number is not under "My Products" nor have I received an email including a serial number. I do not know how else to find the serial number. Please help!
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

I am changing laptops and have tried to download and install Acrobat 9 Standard from the Adobe website, but get message that my serial number is invalid. I log in and double check my account and it shows as a valid serial number. Now what?
If you had it on a laptop that crashed and you threw away, it is still considered as activated on that machine. YOu should contact Adobe by chat or by phone and have them deactivate for you.

Hi i haven't updated my iDVD seen 2005 and to get the new one i need 7.0.4 first and i downloaded it from the apple website and when i go into the updating process its says "An eligible iDVD application was not found in the location /Applications." why
Because you need to buy iLife 08 or newer on DVD first. If you're using iDVD 05, you probably have a PowerPC Mac and can't use iLife 11.

When I go to AppleTV, I select the PC and click on it...It start to open the Library, sending a messege "Charging Library from Victor Medellin" (the name of my PC) but never show it. It send a messege " Check the Apple TV is on the same net and iTunes is turned on on PC..:" but everything its ok.. I have tried with my wife´s PC and there is no Problem...

You can only watch the movie on the device you rented it on. Here's a snippet from the Apple Support site (italics mine):
If you download a rented movie on your computer: You can transfer it to a device such as your Apple TV (1st generation), iPhone, iPad, or iPod if it’s a standard-definition film (movies in HD can only be watched on your computer, iPad, iPhone 4 or later, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV). Once you move the movie from your computer to a device, the movie will disappear from your computer's iTunes library. You can move the movie between devices as many times as you wish during the rental period, but the movie can only exist on one device at a time.
If you download a rented movie on your iPhone 4 or later, iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or later), or Apple TV: It is not transferable to any other device or computer.

so basically i was wanting to update my smc firmware and the EFI Boot ROM version but for the EFI Boot Rom when i click on it says page no found and for the smc firmware, when i do download it says that the my software does not support it, even though it is completely compatible, i checked the system requirements given by the page.

I am trying to download an iWork 09 manual from the Apple website but all I get is a big plain black window. I am following the download instructions very carefully. I know I have the most recent version of Adobe Reader. Using Safari, when I try to "Save As", I get a message saying "cannot export". What am I doing wrong??
Turns out this is an overall problem....any PDF I try to download on line turns up the same plain black page. Doesn't matter whether it is what I tried to download mentioned above, or if it's the latest power bill from our utility company. An UGLY black screen!! I have it set up that downloaded PDF documents should open in Preview.
On the other hand, any PDF documents in my computer files open with no problem.
Prior to installing Lion, most of my activity lately has been converting AppleWorks documents to Pages and, if that doesn't work, I convert to PDF. Other than that, I haven't been fooling around with any settings.
Once again, I appreciate your input....any other suggestions?

I am unable to open raw files taken on my Canon Rebel T1i in my version of Photoshop CS3. When I import raw files into Bridge they come up as patches with CR2 on them and when clicked on, a notice comes up stating that Photoshop does not recognize these files. I tried to update my Adobe Camera Raw by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe Website, but when I clicked on the plus-in, I got another message that Photoshop does not recognize this file. I spoke with a representative from Canon who said that I could not update CS3 and that I should subscribe to the Cloud. I would prefer to use my CS3, if possible. Can anyone advise me what to do?

I just got an iPod 4th generation and Im trying to sync my iTunes songs and books from my dell laptop on to my iPod but it says I need iTunes 10.6.3. So I tryed to download it on the apple website but it keeps saying that there is an error. I have already tryed uninstalling all Apple Inc. programs on my laptop then trying to install iTunes again but that has had no success what so ever. I have started to get very frusterated with this . i cannot sync my iphone music, i had used my i phone on another pc, which died. Ive managed to save the hard drive and transfer stuff across. I ended up smashing my phone and could update all other stuff on restore but cant sync any music. It is all grey at the top of the screen. Ive re installed itunes and cleared all phone data. Now when i bought a song on this computer from the apple store, i have just been sent an email that says Your Apple ID, was just used to purchase (a song ) by a computer that had not been previously associated with that apple id. I'm having a similar problem. I had previously (over a year ago) purchased 2 episodes of Law & Order. Then about 2 months ago, I purchased the 3rd season of Sons of Anarchy. When I downloaded these episodes to my iPad, about a dozen full seasons of various shows popped up, too. No money was removed from my iTunes account & theses particular shows aren't in my iTunes library on my desktop. I've tried every which way to delete them from my ipad, but can't. I went to the Apple store & they suggested I contact expresslane.apple.com for help. I submitted my problem, via email Friday, as they asked, but have not received any response. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these "phantoms?".

I bought new phone last week and as I was trying to load music in it, my PC won't recognize it. It's not chraging either. I googled it then it led me to apple website then there's an instruction to follow there. I followed it all then after installing the USB driver it says "access denied" I don't know what to do anymore. Any help? Thank you so much.

At this point I would suggest completely uninstalling iTunes and all of its components in the correct order and installing iTunes fresh again from the apple website. Please use the following article as reference.
