Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple throughiTunes Store Support.

I do not speak English very well, however, I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. There isn't much that can be done at this point. If you did not set up the questions then I would be concerned that someone else has taken over your account. If there is a bank card in the account I would alert your bank. -
Just got home with my ipad and its asking for a passcode which i haven't set.....any ideas please???

Was this a used iPad? Try going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. This will completely restore the iPad to brand new. It will erase all content, but since the iPad is brand new and you haven't made any changes to it, there is no content that will be erased. Except the passcode, of course

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.

I have a new iPad, and it wants to load all my old emails
I have a new ipad and now that I have added my gmail account to the pad, it thinks that all the old emails (12K) that I have read on my macbook should be treated as new emails. Is there a way to do a mass NO so that I don't keep getting the message "you have ... unread messages, do you want to download them now?"
Sounds like it is iMap, which functions by synchronizing clients (your Macs) to its server, the behaviour you're seeing is normal.
I guess the next question is 'how can I change that'
Make a folder outside of the iMap structure and move mail into it

I believe you can limit the iPad (only) to a fixed amount of mail (time delimited) to download, look in the settings for your Gmail account (on the iPad) -

I have a new ipad and everything works but can't connect to the app store. Itunes works and the wifi seems to be working but i get a blank white screen when i open the appstore. Nothing will load unter the features or charts tab so i cant download any apps. Purchased and updates tab loads fine. Any suggestions?

I have the new IPad and can't connect via bluetooth to any of my apple devices (IPhone 4s and appleTV) neither from my new IPhone 4s. When I turn the Bluetooth on, both devices keep in searching mode... I don't know what to do now... Please help... I can't pair any device because they can't find whitin themselves.

Right click 'computer' in your PC/laptop (whichever). Click 'Manage', then 'Services and Applications', then 'Services', you should see 'Apple Mobile Device' running or stopped. If you couldn't find 'Apple Mobile Device', it means you haven't download iTunes into your PC/laptop (whichever).

I have a new iPad and I'd like to upload my Microsoft Office from my MAC desktop so I can sync them. Is that possible?
Boyd is correct. You cannot install your Mac OS MS Office to the iPad and there is no official MS Office app.
I am assuming you want to edit Office documents on youy iPad. There are three apps that I would recommend you looking at. Please note that no app is going to give you the same experience as a desktop app.
1) Documents To Go by Dataviz - This is the one I have used since my Palm days. You can edit Word, Excel and Power Point documents. There are two versions. The basic one ($9.99) allows you to edit Word and Excel documents. The Premium version ($16.99) allows you to edit Word, Excel and Power Point documents. It also allows you to use Google Docs, Dropbox, Box.net, iDisk and Sugarsync.
2) Quickoffice is another popular choice. ($14.99) I do not have personal experience with this one, but alot of people have said it is a good app.
3) The last one is Office^2 ($7.99 http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/id364361728?mt=8) Again I do not have personal experience with this one, but he has gotten some good reviews.
If you are want an app to just view your documents, I would highly recommend looking at Goodreader for iPad. It allows you to view many types of file. It will also allow you to annotate PDF documents.

When I updated my iPad 3 and iPod Touch 4th generation to iOS 6 a few months back, I was able to update the iPad effortlessly over WiFi. but I kept getting error messages when trying to update the iPod over WiFi, so I used iTunes on my MacBook Pro.
Connect the iPad to the computer, launch iTunes. Select the iPad under the devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update
If you are using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar at the top - so the sidebar is visible. -
I have a new iPad and tried to set up as new, then realized i needed to sign in as an existing itunes user. I reset my new ipad as new, but now when I sign in using my existing ipad it backs up to the new one I just set up. I need my itunes account on my new ipad. help
You want to restore from the backup. Do not set up as new. You can read the article that Tom posted above, but it really is pretty simple.
Transfer any purchases from the old iPad into iTunes, backup the old iPad in iTunes and them sync one more time.
Connect the new iPad and when prompted during activation, restore from the backup that you just created and then sync with iTunes.
The new iPad should be identical to the old iPad, but you will have to enter some passwords again on the new device.
