TS1368 I updated my iphone to iOS 7.0 last night. now, i can't seem to access my itunes store. i wanted to buy some songs and now i can't do it. please help!
Can someone help with my problem? I really want to buy some songs from Itunes but I can't access any of the songs. I know it is because I updated my iphone to iOS 7.0. I hope I didn't make a mistake of updating my iphone with the latest operating system. Help!!!!
I'm having the same issue . I get in to Ituneon my phone but nothing loads up. My girlfriend Iphone works find.

iTunes Store for Windows. Everytime I try an access the iTunes Store it takes really long to connect and then it says iTunes store cannot be access. I think I am up to date with iTunes Verison, I Have 11.0.2.26 but no matter what I try it does not connect. HELP Please???

Ever since I update my iPhone to ios 7 I been having so much trouble with it. I lost all my contacts all the time, my notes, I set a ringtone and it change it... What should I do?. I love iPhone but this is making me angry. :(
Basic troubelshooting steps have not changed in iOS 7. Restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

3.1.2 updated now songs and apps don't work...please help
I have an ipod touch that was given to me for my birthday a couple of years ago, I've never had any real problems with it untill now:
Last night I bought the 3.1.2 update as some of my recently updated apps are unusable without it. I believe this is the first update I have had to pay for and the first that I have had problems with.
Many of my songs no longer play(they just pause when I try to play them) and none of my apps work now(when I tap them the screen comes up but disappears after a few seconds)
I have restarted and restored my ipod but no change.
I really don't know what to do, can anyone help me please?

connect your iPod. in itunes in Sync dialog, press SHIFT key, and then Restore button, and select the file you downloaded previously.
Before, make a backup!

I was trying to down load some free games from the app store onto my ipod touch, and it accidentally synced with my computer, and now not only don't i have the games, but i lost my 1,000 songs. now my ipod is blank!!! can someone help me please

mkay so,
i got my iPod nano like.. three days ago,
and i got all the songs put on their, but i downloaded some
more and whenever i try to convert them to AAC they just
make a copy of that song. and i can't drag it to my ipod
because it has one of those like non-smoking signs on it
so it won't do it. and i don't even know what that means.
and when i plug it in to the computer, the itunes says
updating iPod do not disconnect and then i can disconnect it...
and you're not supposed to be able to disconnect it if its
in your computer!!!!
AND whenever i click my music under my little iPod icon, its all greyed out and locked for some reason.
I'm dumb, please help.You're not dumb...just new.
As for the iPod saying it's ok to disconnect after a few...it probably means you have your ipod set to auto sync. As for the "non-smoking sign"...where are you seeing it? During the time the iPod is saying "Do Not Disconnect"? That's normal.

Are these songs already showing in iTunes? I'm guessing (I don't use auto-sync...I prefer to manually sync my music) that you can't drag songs to the ipod if you have it set to auto-sync since it is set to automatically update when plugged in based on what you have on itunes. Again, I'm just speculating on this. -

Why is connection to iTunes stores so temperamental? For the past 3 days I have been unable to download my newspaper subscription or use my iTunes account as the blue icon pops up and says there is no access and one just has to press OK. I took the iPad to an Apple Service
Shop and the assistant deleted my newsstand and reinstalled it which helped until the next day when exactly the same thing happened. I tried to do the same and eventually got back into the store after several hours trying. The same has happened today and it is getting tedious. I have used the iPad without trouble for three months but now this happens every day. The wireless connection is fine but if I close the device and come back later iTunes is unavailable. I just received a replacement iphone (4s with ios7) but whenever I try to log into my itunes store, after I enter my password, it acts as if I never logged in. If I enter an incorrect password it tells me so, but no error message at all when I enter the correct password - nothing happens. My itunes is up to date.
Have you tried going to Settings>iTunes and App Stores (or just Store) and signing out and then signing in again?

My App Store is locked at an app I purchased and won't let me make any selections. What do I do. I just got my iPad back from factory for new battery. It was updated to iOS 7.02 at factory. Have not been able to take a movie either. Will take picture. No idea what square is, but won't let me select it either.
Try close all apps in multi-task window
1. Double tap the home button to bring up the multi-tasking view
2. Swipe the app's windows upwards to close
3. The app will fly off the screen
