Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

My wife has set up a family icloud and sent me an invitation, since recently becoming an iPad mini owner. However, I cannot log in to iCloud. Whenever I enter my Apple ID in the screen I get an error message basically telling me what I have entered is incorrect but how can that be when I am in iTunes and the App Store? Can anyone help as it's doing my wife's nut in as she wants to get the family iCloud up and running and I'm the guinea pig.
ThanksFirst, try the new password. If you didn't sign out of iCloud prior to changing the primary email address of your Apple ID, this is what can cause this problem.

Itunes and app store lost internet connection
Itunes and appstore plus an unrelated menubar appstore app and xmarks won't connect to the internet but I have internet connection. Anyone know why this would happen? I reinstalled my operating system which fixed the problem for a while but now it has reoccured and I'm absolutely sure that it wasn't due to my fiddling with system settings.

ITunes and App Store saying my password is incorrect when it isn't?
I have never before had an issues with iTunes or the App Store. However, starting yesterday evening, I went to sign into the iTunes Store on my laptop and it told me my password was incorrect. The same problem occured on my iPhone when I went to download a twitter update.
However, I've managed to sign onto the Apple website in order to post this question with no difficulties? Iv'e waited 24 hours now since my password hasn't been working on both my laptop and iPhone and nothing has changed despite changing my password twice?
If anyone could give me a solution or any ideas on how to fix this it would be very much appriciated!

Pretty much what it says above.. I have re entered the account info in settings making sure I am using a US credit card with a US billing address, on a Sprint phone I bought in the US, but it still tries to redirect me to the Australian store even though I am logged in with the apple ID associated with my US account.. Please help?

ITunes and App Store not connecting with Apple id after iOS 8
After updating to iOS 8.0.2, I have tried updating apps and buying music but nothing happens on my iPhone 5 or my iPad. Can someone help with this? All it shows it the rotating circle saying it's looking or working or whatever but even after logging in with the Apple id nothing works. I can connect my phone to the computer and things update but still shows on phone/iPad after that I still need to update apps.

Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.
