TS1368 Itunes store upgrade

I can not read the song titles on the new itunes store upgrade. The titles are unclear and overlap. The old version worked fine.
I'll have to switch to amazon. Can anyone help?

Are you using a proxy or a VPN to connect to the internet? If you are, this is possibly the reason why. I suggest using anothe connection which is not a proxy.

    hi,
    i cannot connect my itunes store. my connection is good and i tried to connect it again and reinstalled but still it is not working.it is the latest version and my windows 7 is up to date. please solve my problem.

    Well after several tries at removeing and re-excepting itunes in firewall, still not able to log on.
    But if I  turned off the firewall completely, than I was able to log into itunes store.
    This was not an issue till this last update that changed itunes in more ways than one.
    In the firewall I had allowed ring tones. That worked as well.
    Hope this helps others with the same problem.

  • TS1368 itunes store makes music suggestions to me but it only plays 9 seconds of the song. my itunes is updated to current version. Dont know how to fix it. guess i wont be purchasing any more music suggestions.

    Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Cache.
    Reboot router and PC.
    Try again.

    After i have signed into the itunes store with my apple id and password, i can't purchase any tunes. When i try to, it ask for my apple id and password again. Whe i supply this information AGAIN, i get directed to a page that ask me 2 security questions. I do not know the answers to the questions, because i have never set up any security questions for purchasing tunes fron the store. I have had no similar problems in the past, at least not until this latest itunes store upgrade.

  • My already purchased, downloaded, and stored album or song in the Music from iTunes Store does not display already purchased in New Releases, Top Tens, Genres. Why did I purchase this again from the same album??

    This has happened more than 38 times so far, and its still not fixed within iTunes store, upgrade or the latest version of software. For an example, I have in the Top Tens, section Country number 28 this week Keith Urban with For You from the Act of Valor movie soundtrack which displays $ 1.29. Now again upon just searching on the iPhone 4s with the app Itunes, with the keywords Act of Valor, top results show on display Action & Adventure Act of Valor Movie and Keith Urban, For You Act of Valor $ 1.29.
    Now right below with Albums, Various Artists, Act of Valor I selected it displays 1 For You "Downloaded"
    Pretty screwed up if you ask me!!

  • TS1368 Cannot Connect to iTunes Store on iPhone 4 since upgrading to IOS 6

    Have read several threads on this - none of the suggestions have worked.  Losing my patience w/ this update - fixing iTunes Match was a nightmare that required me to restore my phone twice.  Typically I use a feature in Slacker or SiriuxXM where you can purchase a song from iTunes via a direct link in one of those apps.  This no longer works, nor does using the "Search" feature in the iTunes Store app.  My settings are correct - though the nonsense of having an iCloud ID and a Store ID no doubt has something to do with this.  Has anyone been able to resolve this using any technique other than manually changing the date and time in settings to 5 years in the future then setting it back (because this has not worked).

    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store for more than a day (and other customers on our discussion boards aren't experiencing similar issues) a software or Internet service provider (ISP) configuration issue may be blocking your access to the iTunes Store. Find out which ports and servers need to be allowed for iTunes Store access.
    Update iTunes to the latest version.
    If iTunes Store appears empty and only displays the message iTunes Store, follow these steps.
    Try the steps to troubleshoot iTunes Store connectivity in Windows.
    As with all firewalls not manufactured by Apple, you may need to configure Windows Firewall to allow iTunes to access the iTunes Store. Follow these steps for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

  • Cannot connect to the iTunes Store from my home network since I upgraded to ios 6

    I own an iPad 2 and recently upgraded to ios 6. Since then, I cannot connect to the iTunes store from my home network.  I can navigate any other site and access any other application.  I can even reach the iTunes store through My Personal Hotspot and through my office network. 
    Has anyone experienced something similar?  My network carrier is Telmex and I know for sure, they block port 25.  Any guess on whether there could be a setting impeding connection?

  • Unable to connect to the itunes store on my laptop after upgrading to ios 7.

    I have Windows XP - Service Pack 2 and after upgrading my itunes to ios 7, I am unable to connect to the itunes store.  Every time I click on the itunes store I receive a message that says "itunes could not connect to the itunes store.  An unknown error has occurred (0x80092013). Make sure your network connection is active and try again." Every other device in my house is hooked up to the internet and I am having no problem browsing the internet on this computer.  I tried completely uninstalling all itunes and apple software from my computer and re-installing it and nothing has helped.  Any advice?

    Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    Additional things to try.
    Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

    Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
