Does it just say "Accessing iTunes Store" and stay like that?

I set up a passcode to ensure the security of my iPhone 5 but, when I enter it on the home screen, I repeatedly receive an error message and my phone locks. Is there a way to reset the passcode when I am unable to gain access to my phone?
I figured that was the case, but I've used the same passcode for years and I can't seem to figure out how I managed to screw it up when I set up my phone. Without being able to access my phone for a restore, how would I accomplish this? iTunes? Thank you very much for you help!

I just recently purchased 3 songs from itunes not knowing that I had no money on my debit card (visa) left. My iphone wont let me update my apps and says that there was a billing problem with my last purchase. I dont know what I am supposed to do! I dont understand why it worked in the first place when it wasn't supposed to!
There seems to be a billing problem with the iTS. I've been trying to make purchases today (Dec 9th) too and it reports either the iTS can not process payments or it says my card was declined. I even changed the payment method to Paypal (which is never declined) and still no go.
I don't think it is "you" but a problem at Apple. Some popular new apps were released recently like Logic Pro and perhaps they're getting bombarded as they did when Lion was released.
Wait a few hours and then try again. -

Application itunes Closes unexpectedly- when ever i open itunes just crashs
My itunes has been crashing for 3 days now i've reinstalled it. restarted and all and nothing is there any way to fix it this i can't update my music. thanks overall when ever i click itunes it looks likes it's open but nothing happens it bounces lights up then crashes.

TS1368 When i use my itunes password on my ipad2 i get "unknown error"
On my ipad2 when i am in itunes and trying to download a show or song, when prompted for my password i enter it and get "unknown error"
Please helpQuite often, when you get the "unknown error" message, this can resolve it, so give it a try.
Sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again. -
ITunes closes after the iPod is conected and views an error message
Now firstly yesterday i had a crash caused by a dealay in processes and after that my i tunes library went blank, luckuly my music was safe and soon i restored it. After i connected the i pod it asked me to reSync the ipod becuase it appeared to be tied to another iTunes library. After i did that the Itunes closed and gave an error message saying that it has unsuspectably closed. After i got it up and running i connected my iPod again which made it think for a while after which it gave the exact same error message. I used the 5 steps which did not realy help because i cant get my iTunes and iPod running at the same time. I decieded to probe the problem first by reinstaling the iTunes which did not have any effect whatsoever on the system or the problem. A thought came to me that the problem might be in the iPod itself and that i should try somehow to reset it to the default settings, because my itunes would not work i got my pc to reset the ipod to the defaults. After which the iTunes did not like my iPod and got the exactly the same error message again. Seemingly i had already renamed and tied my iPod to another library so that would mean that the problem is in the iTunes or the computer itself. Thus i tried to reinstall the iTunes before i tried again but this time insted of "Renewing" it wanted to completly wipe out iTunes to get a fresh start. So i ask you if threr is a way to fix this or atleast tell me how to completly wipe it out!
It sounds like it might be something with your iPod - You might want to post this question to the iPod forum & see if you get some help there.

First, turn off your CAPS lock. Typing in all CAPS is considered screaming/yelling and many will simply ignore your posting.
Are you currently having issues? Is it when trying to purchase only on the device? Are you able to complete purchases via iTunes on your computer? -

Ok, well I click on my iTunes, from my desktop or start menu, anywhere possible. My laptop freezes over, for about five minutes, and then when it unfreezes, an error message pops up that says "iTunes failed to load because there is not enough memory available" or something along those lines.
I still have 97.4 GB of memory free out of 129 GB.
It has never done this before!!! and, as a sidenote, I let a friend borrow my laptop for the night, and when I got it back, alto of things took much much much longer to load, it froze/freezes alot, and theres a random toolbar on Firefox that I don't remember ever installing.
I went through "Add and Remove Programs" but I never saw anything different, and my Yahoo got uninstalled, so my Yahoo Anti-Spy is gone, and my computer won't download anything anymore without it taking an hour, freezing, etc.
Sometimes it works perfectly fine (my computer) and I never really have problems with network loading, Firefox, or anything else.
It's just iTunes!!!
What could be the problem?No it's not just iTunes and malware these days doesn't conveniently load itself into Add/Remove.
You run a malware scan on that computer now.

If you get blocked from that sight then you may be facing a full format and re-install so I hope you've got back up.

I've got a new iphone 5 and i dont know why im unable to complete purchase of Apps from itunes store,i keep getting error message saying contact itunes store support to complete this transaction...i would really appreciate if anyone would assist in any way
