TS1368 Your Apple ID has been disabled.

When I try to sign onto iTunes on my iPhone, I get the message:  "Your Apple ID has been disabled."
I had changed my Apple ID from shasty0***49@*** to swh34@***.  Ever since then, I get this message.  I can sign onto iTunes on the website through my PC, but I cannot get to the iTunes Store via my iPhone.
Thanks,
Sherry Hasty
