This might be a dumb question, but I am not very savvy with technology. how should i proceed?
If you proceed you will lose all of your music. You weren't using Time Machine on your laptop?

I must have a problem with one disk on the RAID5. But i don't which one.
Does exist a way to reset the storage pool that failed to have no raid and begin the setup configuration to go to web session.

Thanks for your help.Are you unable to access the web UI? Try the pin hole reset and see if you can get past the password. Then you can go to drive management and see if errors are reporting on any drives. If you lost the storage pool then you may have more than one bad drive. You can reset the pool/raid by factory reset.

When I look at the task manager it is not listed at all. It will work if I restart my computer.

Not without installing additional software on your computer. The problem is that your Windows PC cannot read the Mac's disk format. If the iPod was previously used on a Mac, its storage uses the Mac's disk format. The Restore process reformats the iPod's disk for use with Windows, but this erases its current content.
There are third-party products that allow Windows to read the Mac's disk format. For example

However, even if your computer is able to read the Mac's disk format, iTunes cannot be used to transfer song files from iPod to computer (except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store). But there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
So, you may be able to do it by first making the iPod's disk readable on a Windows PC, and then using a method (that is not iTunes) to transfer its song files to your computer's drive. After the song files are on your computer, you can add them to the iTunes library. -

Are you sure it is 1043? I've never seen that error before. But you can try disabling your security software, connecting the phone to a USB port directly on the computer (not a hub), and trying to restore again.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone.
