TS1389 I have 3 x computers authorised whenever I make a purchase - however I keep getting asked to authorise my computere
I have already tried the prompt to authorise my computer - not helpful
What happens when trying to authorize the computer? Does it appear to be successful?

I try to play the Itunes song I purchased. I have a new computer, another internet provider since I purchased the songs, and have switched to a new internet browser Internet Explorer 8. I keep getting a dialog box saying "this computer is not authorized to play the song. would you like to authorize it?
An old Apple ID popps up and I am asked for the old passwork which I no longer remember. I successfully changed to a new Apple ID and password.
when I enter that, a new dialog box appears, saying "this computer is already authorized." When I try to play the song the first box appears again,
I I go round over and over, with no success playing my songs. Can anybody out their resolve this? Thanks for any helpWere these songs purchased using another account?

Account is a user neame and password with which you purchase content.
A library is your collection of media. -
I just added a gift card to my ipod and it shows I have redeemed it butwhen I try to make a purchase it says purchase can not be completed

I have tried to download a digital copy that came with a movie I purchased and I keep getting the an error about HD purchase vs. SD purchase. I push redeem again and it has the same message and I cant download the movie. What can I do?

Keep trying to down load a Magazine I just purchased an I keep getting an error message that "unable to download folio". Have check for enough space and have deleated app. And reloaded. Also rebooted iPad nothing fixes problem.

hi, i have problem with my apple id when i want purchase app even free one, asked me for complete my card informations... but i don't want to use debit card because already i have gift card and charge it in my id... please help me.
when i unchek the card information it was show me an error!Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

Is it a new account ? If it is then unless a new account is created by following the instructions on this page (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then you will need to enter card details (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) before the account can be used to download any item from the store. -

That is precisely the WRONG thing to do. You should never delete, but uninstall.
Now you need to look for, download and run the Adobe CS Cleaner tool. -
I have been unable to download the iphone software v5.1. I keep getting the timing out message. Is there someway to set my network connections to allow the download? Can I get the update some other way?

Hi all, im trying to restore my iphone 4S, however i keep getting error 1611 i have tried uninstalling itunes and everything else related, i have tried kicking the iphone out of recovery mode but then it gets stuck on the apple logo for a few seconds then changes to the low battery symbol then goes back to the apple logo and this continues untill i put it back into recovery or dfu mode, i have tried everything can anyone help me ?? thank you!

After upgrading iTunes I keep getting asked to authorize account to play songs purchased with a very old hotmail account (10 years) I don't have anymore and can't recover the password. When I try to recover the password from Apple, it of course wants to send an email to the account I can't get into, and when I try to do the security questions, it says my DOB is incorrect. I am trying to do an iCloud backup from my computer. I have been unable to do a backup from a wifi as I keep getting message that it cannot be completed. What is the secret to doing this from my computer, with my iphone plugged into same?
How are you trying to do it from your computer? Try plugging it into your charger while connected to wifi, then either lock the screen and wait (it should backup up ever 24 hours) or go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tap Back Up Now.

Hi - i have small SSD C: drive. I have innitiated Adobe Application manager and downloaded the trial on large E: partition with 600GB space. Upon the finished download i get Error no sufficient space od the drive - download again. Do i realy have to
