Hi, please help me iI don't have access to the other 4 computers & this being the 5th one yet I can't sign in, what do I do now? Will I lose all my music, & tv show's that I have paid for, also my picture's? thank u?

In order to understand the issue more deeply, I would like to clarify the following questions:
Which version of Office did you purchase?
By "When I try to sign in anywhere else", do you mean you're trying to activate other Office installations with the same account?
It will be great if you can provide the complete error message here, so that it will be easy for us to help you.
Please note that if your Office suite is Office Home & Student 2013,
Office Home & Business 2013, or Office Professional 2013, then you can only use Office on 1 PC, not 5 PCs.

Sorry, but you can't. You can, however, log into your iTunes Store and use the "deauthorize all" command and then reauthorize the computers you're using now.

Yes it does and there is an indication that the software is downloading but after a few hours, it just stops without any error message. Everything simply disappears and I need to start over again. I have a superfast connection so it should no be this slow. Everything worked fine on my MBP and I am in the same place. Any ideas

I am sure the BT speaker not the problem because it works fine with iOS8 on my iPad!
... And no I am not trying to connect both at once. To be sure I have switched the iPad off completely and switched the speaker off & on but still with the same failure to pair. The iPhone sees the speaker but then gives me the pairing unsuccessful message when asked to connect.

You can log out of the account on the iPad by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then tap 'sign out' on the popup - you can then sign in with your account/
If you synced any of your mum's apps to the iPad from your her computer then they will be tied to her account, so only her account will be able to download updates to her apps

Authorize a Mac or PC

You must authorize your computer to download past purchases, use Home Sharing, or use the Automatic Downloads setting.

Note : If you are Unable to see the Store Tab on your iTunes then click anywhere on your iTunes and press

I got my Macbook Pro stolen and I have been tracking it using iCloud and Findmyiphone app but Police can't help me

Someone busted my driver side window and went straight to my trunk and they took my Nikon camera and my Macbook Pro 15" along with my other belongings for photography. I called 911 when I got the email from findmyiphone app but they took 6 hours to see me. I live in Vallejo CA. I have been checking my app and they opened my laptop again so I was able to track it again. It was still on the same house that I saw. I match the map from findmyiphone to google earth and got the address. But 911 still can't me out. They even told me that they will not keep following a stolen laptop. I was happy about this app but I can only see the theive using it. I WISH SOMEONE CAN HELP ME. I just got back from the police station and I talked to a cop who was in the parking lot. He just told me that "we can go there and knock and ask but when they said no we can just back out".
I don't know what else to do. I already locked the device using the same app. The fact that I know where it is hurts a lot and I feel helpless at the same time.

Same thing here, my Air was stolen back in December, it was turned on for the first time just 10 minutes ago. Only problem is they are in MA, I'm here in CA. I don't know what to do... It's already been reported as stolen with the MA State Police and there was no fixed address to link it to, I think it was a moving car. Anyhow, they turned it back off so the signal is lost now. Anyway here's what I did:
I'd wrote an email to Apple America, even if I'd purchased the item in Europe and the US support usually should not be involved in any European case.
They wrote me back that a European office will have call me in 48 hours.
After a couple of days I've received a call and a new iPod is coming from US...
Don't ask me if I can find any kind of logic behind it, but at least I can state that the US support has been decisive.

and re-authorizing your computer means that your giving itunes permission to store data on it again.
To do it, open the Store menu and click Authorize This Computer. Then all youve gotta do is enter your account name and password.

I got a new computer for home and I am trying to transfer all of my music, movies, photos and apps from my IPAD. I have been using my work computer ofr this in the past but want to change to my new home computer. I can't figure out how to do this without erasing everything from it.

This is an extract from one of our senior participant; hope he doesn't mind me reproducing it here
Syncing with new computer
1) Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Click on Edit. Click on Preferences. Click on Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
2) Now connect your iPad to your laptop and start iTunes.
3) When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases etc.
4) After it finishes transferring all your apps to your new laptop, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
5) After it finishes backing up your iPad, right click on your iPad and select Restore etc.
6) After it finishes restoring, left click on your iPad , then click on the Apps tab on top, and check the box next to Sync Apps, then click on Apply below.
If everything on your iPad looks good after the sync, go back and click on Edit / Preferences / Devices and UN-check the box next to Prevent your iPod etc. The only other thing you may want to check is if your contacts, bookmarks, etc. are syncing correctly now. If not, go to the Info tab after connecting and make sure you indicate which features you want to sync with what sources.

There is no way to find out what computers.
Deauthorize all, then authorize the active computers.
