TS1389 I have tried every resolution but it still doesn't work
There is one song I have purchased ("Team" by Lorde) and I have played before but when I synced my iPod it said the song wouldn't sync because it wasn't authorized so I authorized it but it still prompts me to authorize it. I have tried every resolution on the Support page but it still doesn't work.

If you're in the US, redownload the movie if it's purchased. If not, contact support and ask them to repost the item to your account, so you don't get charged again.

I am getting an error message with my snap scan ix500 that says the Evernote is not installed properly when I try to transfer it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled evernote and the scan snap softward but it still doesn't work. Anyone know where evernote stores their files on a Mac? Or had this problem.

I have intermittent problems attaching files in Yahoo mail and this is usually the reason. I'm also using an iMac (10.7.3) and this is likely the problem.
It is generally a Yahoo issue rather than a Mac problem. -

screen is off and black. Won't turn on. trief charging but still won't work. its like it's dead but it was fully charged when it just turned off.
Try a reboot press & hold down power button & menu button hold both down and wait for
the Apple Logo this may take upto 20 seconds then see if iPhones comes on

My I phone 4 has put itself into recovery mode and I cannot now restore it. I have plugged it into I Tunes about 10 times and every time it starts to restore then comes up with the message Corrupted file start again. Please help.
Try restoring as a new device first.

When I open my Firefox application, no webpage appears, the tab at the top simply says untitled. When I try to change the webpage, nothing still happens, there is still a white, blank page.
Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.

Plug and unlpug the headphone jack with some intention to get the mechanical switch to flip.

It probably means you don't have enough available storage on your phone. It takes space to store the download - THEN unpack it. Best method is to use a computer with iTunes (This allows you to back up on your computer as well).
PLEASE: Do not purchase iCloud storage space - this will not give you more room for the iOS 7.1 installation. -

Do you have restrictions set on the iPad? Settings>General>Restrictions>Installing apps>Off or Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content?
Are you sure that the Apps are selected to sync from the Mac to the iPad?
Connect the iPad to the Mac and launch iTunes.
Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
Click on the Apps Tab on the right.
Click on Install next to the apps that you want to sync.
Click on the Sync Apps Heading to select it
Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu.
