TS1389 I still can't play a few songs! Help!

I've tried and tried every single option there was to try and fix this problem and I've had no luck. There are a few songs from the album I just recently bought- Vessel by Twenty One Pilots. I've restarted my computer multiple times, each time doing a different "solution". Help please! I really would like to play these songs.

If only some of the songs on an album are giving you the authorisation message, that suggests those song files are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

I authorized my computer, but it says I still can't play a particular song.

I authorized this computer, as well as my primary PC. I purchased my songs on my PC and authorized this computer to download via the icloud. All songs were successfully downloaded and will play without problem except for "Bass Head" by "Bassnector". This song won't play, saying that my computer is not authorized. I had other problems with this track in the past, as when I burned it to a CD to play in my car, the song cuts out halfway through and just plays silence for the remainder. ATV still can't play movie playlists?

I tried to make a playlist of movies (m4v format) that I converted from Handbrake.
Then I choose to sync both the movies and playlist to my ATV.
But on the movie part, I still can't see the playlist.
What's wrong?
Shouldn't the 2.3 update play the movie playlist already?
Or simply it still can't play the playlists that I converted myself, only play those purchased from iTunes?
Any idea?

This doesn't really contribute anything but....
Music video playlists and playlists for short TV shows (eg kids cartoons) I can understand, but I can't personally envisage needing a movie playlist - what do you need it for? Is it say for watching Star Wars I-VI consecutively or something along a 'movie party' line?
Even with TV shows so long as they're grouped properly can't see it takes more than a couple of secs to select the next episode.
Maybe it's because I'm not a big playlist user (even for music) in the first place.

Apple TV 2 G - Can only see a few songs in my library, can't see any Movies

Just bought the Apple TV. I thought that once I setup Homesharing that I would be able to see my entire iTunes library including music and movies. Thus far I can only see a few songs.
I have updated my iTunes to 10.2 and checked for software updates on the Apple TV, but get the same results.
I am able to start playing a movie in iTunes and then select Apple TV from the list of devices at the bottom right corner of my iTunes library and it will then it will play on my TV, but if this is how I need to play every movie I'll be returning the Apple TV.

when I navigated on my Apple TV to Computers > "My iTunes Library" at the top of my TV displayed some of my music. I did not realize that I had to click on the "My iTunes Library" to get more option. Once I clicked on "My iTunes Library" I then saw all of the media options and all the music and movie titles. Can't believe it took me this long to figure out.

My shuffle only plays a few songs and then stops. ihave to hit shuffle again to to get it to shuffe afew more song. any ideas how to fix would be appreciated

No judgment here on the music you listen to, I have that song too in my library. If iTunes is telling you that the song is missing and you purchased it from the iTunes Store, then just delete it from your iTunes library and then download your song again. Same Problem here. Also, when this happens, it loses whatever album art was playing before. I've tried reinstalling and it doesn't help. Any ideas how to fix this? It's really annoying!

Did you remove the entries from your library, or just the physical files?
Delete the entries, close and reopen iTunes, select iTunes Store in the left column, then Purchased in the quick links section. Your missing songs should be listed under Music > Not on his Computer.

I had the same problem but looking at what everyone else said, I simpley slowly started to click on all the tabs in the app store, let them load completely, and then clicked back to the updates afterwards. It worked after a little while

My 120gb ipod classic always restarts after playing a few songs...WHY?

ever since I downloaded ios 5. and the battery update on my ipodtouch 4gen it can be fully charged play like three songs then it says 20%left then it dies. My ipod was fine before the download.

Try the standard fixes:
- Reset. Nothing wil be lost

- Restore to factory defaults/new iPod
If you still have the problem than an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
