TS1389 None of these suggestions worked.

I recently purchased the Beach Boys album and several songs won't play and I get proompted to enter my Apple ID, etc. each time and still doesn't play. I've done all of the above and everything check out as it should. What now?

If only some items on the album are throwing the authorisation message at you, that suggests that those tracks are damaged.
I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

  • TS1389 None of these options work for me. Please help!

I'm trying to do this on Windows 8, and I'm using an Administrator account, therefore the "Authorize using the correct account name" is the only option that I could try, and yet when I go into "Get info" there is no Apple ID. What do I do? Please help!
    UPDATE: Now resolved. Thanks

Ok, here's how I find the version on my laptop:
    1. Go to the Control Panel
    2. Click the green link for System and Maintenance.
    3. At the top in "Welcome Center", click "Find which version of Windows you're using".
    4. At the top in the section that opens with Vista information, look for the "Show more details" link.  Click it.
    5.  In the next page, look for "System".  At the bottom line it will list "System Type".  Mine says "64 Bit Operating System"  (I have Vista Home Premium)
    Hope this helps,

  • TS1389 None of these worked to fix the problem

None of these suggested solutions worked to fix the problem. I still get error messages that say my computer is already authorized while also saying that it is not authorized. Very frustrating!
    Any other suggestions?

18 songs.  9 work and 9 get me in an infintie loop - asking to authorize this computer and then saying it worked, when I try to play the song, it asks me to authorize this computer.
If only some of the tracks off the album are throwing that message at you, that suggests that the tracks are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

  • TS1702 None of these steps work, also tried hard reboot. . Cannot update or install new apps. Just says waiting. Internet data working fine. My iPhone works fine. This is all on my iPad

None of these steps work, also tried hard reboot. . Cannot update or install new apps. Just says waiting. Internet data working fine. My iPhone works fine. This is all on my iPad

Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, reboot the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
Sometimes resetting all settings can help as well. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. If you do that - you will have to enter all of you app and device preferences again.

  • TS1389 What do I do if none of these solutions worked?

I am still getting the error box after trying these solutions.
I couldn't find the SC info folder on my computer.
    orthew

If only a small number of songs are affected, delete and redownload those if doing so is free in your country.

  • HT201412 And if none of these steps work, any suggestions?

Tried all of the above steps with no luck

Might be hardware then and you will need to get it serviced.

  • Yahoo has replaced Google in my search box... I have researched all previous answers both here and in Google, but none of these solutions work as Yahoo keeps switching back!

I have read these sites plus a few others, and nothing works:
    http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/688704?s=yahoo+changed+search+settings&as=s
    http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/683682?s=yahoo+changed+search+settings&as=s

    http://news.cnet.com/8301-13880_3-10277784-68.html
    Any help greatly appreciated!

After MUCH more research, I did find a solution that worked... search all the files in my computer for anything relating to Yahoo and deleting every reference to it, per this link:
    https://support.mozilla.com/tiki-view_forum_thread.php?comments_parentId=593063&comments_offset=20&comments_per_page=20&forumId=1
I was horrified and disgusted how many Yahoo files were on my NEW computer, some 27 files... parasites!! I not only deleted them, but immediately purged my Recycle Bin. LOL
Delete all yahoo files completely out of your computer and your life will go back to normal.

  • TS1389 None of these resolutions solved my problem. Now what? It is only one song that it won't play.

None of the resolutions suggested by Apple solved my problem. It is only one song that won't play.

Delete and redownload it if doing so is free in your country.

  • TS1389 None of this is working!

I've just bought an album off of iTunes and I'm only able to listen to about 3 of the songs. I have tried all of the options listed above but nothing has worked, if anybody has any extra ideas please could they tell me because it seems I may have just wasted my money.

If only some of the songs on an album are giving you the authorisation message, that suggests those song files are damaged.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies.

  • TS1559 if none of these steps work then what?

have done everything i could, and nothing worked. what should i do now? will apple give me a new one if i go the store?

If the issue is determined to be a hardware defect, then yes.
If the issue is determined to be caused by user damage (i.e. dropping the device, getting it wet) then you'll be provided the option of an Out of Warranty replacement for $199.

I'm using a 15" Macbook Pro running OSX6.8 and cannot upgrade. I have a subscription to Adobe CC but none of these work on this so I was on with Adobe for 5 hours trying to install and launch Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Muse, and Acrobat Pro from CS6. Well, InDesign is the only one that works and I have a ton of work due! I don't have a serial number for Photoshop or Illustrator except for CS3, and they don't work. InDesign gave me no problems. Illustrator says it can't work on this machine. Photoshop needs a serial number. I'm stumped and getting anxious and freaked out. Can anyone help? Adobe Chat is down right now.

if you have a cc subscription, close ps > sign out and then back in to your cc desktop > open ps.
    ai cs6 requires:
Multicore Intel processor with 64-bit support
Mac OS X v10.6.8 or v10.7. Adobe Creative Suite 5, CS5.5, and CS6 applications support Mac OS X v10.8 and v10.9 when installed on Intel-based systems.*
2 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
2 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on removable flash storage devices)
    1024 x 768 display (1280 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card

  • HT201210 None of these solutions are working.

None of these solutions are working. I plug in my newly restored iPhone and under the category in iTunes, I have the option to click it. When I do so, I get an empty box on the screen, below a Apple logo on the left and a padlock on the right. Any ideas to solutions? I puzzled the people at my local Apple store.
Other than not connecting, my phone is fully functional. I can place calls and send messages, get online and fi my settings the way I want. I just cannot connect to any iTunes (I've tried three)!
I have the newest software on my phone and the newest upgrade of iTunes available.

What do you mean none of these options? What have you tried so far? Are you referring to the 5 R's described here: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/classic/
