TS1398 Error - Unable to Load Content  Please Try Later -

I am unable to get the content of my iPad Mini or in fact any Apple Device - I get the error message above everytime.  I have done the Restore and I have checked everything is set corrrectly.  Mirroring works!  But I do not want to see it via mirroring.

Is this on specific apps or all content?

  • AppleTV- Error loading content, please try again later

I'm so frustrated that I'm ready to rip my hair out.
Some of my movies just wont play no matter what I do. I have about 50 movies in iTunes and I can get about 3 of them to stream to my TV via AppleTV. I have no idea why some movies wont play and some will? I've seen a lot of this problem online searching through forums, but haven't found a solution that has worked.
The movies play in iTunes just fine, but when I swith it to AppleTV via iTunes, or try to load them directly via AppleTV I get the "This content can't be loaded. Please try again later" error. It's constantly happening. All the movies show up in my library, they just wont load or play. What gives?
I have home sharing turned on and I just don't understand why one movie will play, but others never will.

I'm afraid we can't answer questions about converting from DVD's. It's against the Terms of use for these forums.

  • ITUNE Store  "unable to process purchase - please try later"

This should be a simple one...
I have an iTunes account with credit card info stored. I have historically been purchasing music, debited from my account. Today I thought I would buy another song. Attempted to purchase a track and I got the "unable to process purchase. Purchasing system is temporarily unavailable at this time, please try later". Odd. So I check my card details. For some reason it had changed to a Maestro card? I've never had one. The number is right (last 4 digits) but the card type wrong. This may be unrelated but I thought it was odd. Anyway, I have re-edited all of my info and still I am unable to purchase music. BT is my ISP (UK). Main player so should be no fault there. Any ideas anyone? Thanks Mocquery.

Firstly, I should have typed speedtest.net previously.
Now that's an interesting comment you make, out of interest do you have any purchased HD movies in your iTunes collection, if so, do they play on the Apple TV with your new tv.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.

Thanks for the welcome and the reply!
I looked at KB25882 and my settings are good, so that didn't help.
I had this problem over a year ago, and someone at RIM found a bit set that shouldn't have been set and fixed it (that is my terminology for what happened).
I am really looking for a way to contact RIM directly.  I hate going through the mill with my carrier to get it escalated to RIM for resolution......  <sigh>
    Hi mgpainter
Most easiest way to Contact RIM is through your Carrier but as you don't prefer that than there is another way of support called Incident Based Support but just want to inform you that its not free.If you want have a try  BlackBerry Incident Based Support .
    Good Luck

For the last few weeks, the iTunes store has been displayed with empty graphic rectangles (with a blue box containing a white question mark centered in the rectangles), bits of text, and some buttons. The page extends quite a ways, including what I assume would be all the links to all the music...
If all you are trying to do is buy music, you can easily buy MP3s at any online music download store (e.g. amazon.com) and add them to your iTunes library.

    Hi there,
Do you have icloud account? You need firstly turn off find my iphone (by go to icloud.com -->sign in --> go to "Find my iphone" and erase your iphone in it). And then you restore your iphone with DFU mode.
When you erase your Find my iphone and if you can not restore, your iphone has a problem with hardware.
    Some infos can help you.
    Kind regards,
