TS1398 Ever since I upgraded to iOS 7, my iPhone is constantly forgetting my wifi network connection.

Lately, my iPhone has been getting dropped from my wifi network and more often than not, when I leave and come back to the office wifi, the phone will have trouble connecting, asking for the password again and again (which it should already know!).
But now it will not connect at all. The wifi is working fine on my mac and the signal strenght is fine. I have gone through all of the steps suggested by Apple support and it still will not connect to the wifi network.

TS1398 Ever since I upgraded to iOS 7.0.4 my wifi strength is very weak and I have connection issues all of the time.

I upgraded my iPad 3 to 7.0.4 and now I have wifi issues I never had before and apple customer support is no help. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

My best bet would be to restore the phone. Back it up to itunes, and then reset it Factory settings. This way, any corrupt software will be removed, and you can start fresh. Make sure you back it up first. By the sounds of it, you are using the phone for business and probably need the data from it. Hope this helps!

Thank you, James, but I do have a WiFi connection on the iPad mini. The Numbers files update on my iPad third generation and iPhone just fine when connected to the same network.

tonefox is probably right. Server overload. I also notice that when siri does respond correctly, it is slower. My wife has a 4s and same story, and she has not upgraded to IOS 7.

I have the same problem - I'd like to see the total number of emails I have in each folder when I'm in the folder - it used to be at the top of the screen but since upgrading to iOS7 it's gone. It now only shows how many emails are unread when you're in the folder list.
Gumby20133, I tried double clicking the Home button but nothing happened when I swiped up on the mail preview thumbnail - please could you explain what I was doing wrong? Actually, even if I could do that, would I have to do it every time I wanted to see the total amount of emails in each folder? As what I'm looking for is a way to permanently have the amount of emails showing in each folder - is there any way I can do that?

Ever since my upgrade to IOS 5, my ipad 1 has been causing a lot of problems. The apps shut down by itself and I even have tried to reset the iPad but no real effect.

Help. Ever since my upgrade to ios5, any and all apps simply close by themself. I have tried to shut down all the apps which are not in use and I have also reset the iPad a few times (reboot) and yet there is no real effect. Is there a way to go back to the older ios so that I can have peace of mind. It is a crying shame to see all such hassles with ios5.

Downgrading to an older iOS version is not supported on iOS devices.
Make sure that you have downloaded all of the updates for your apps and see if that helps.
Try this as well. if the Apple apps are working OK and it is the third party App Store apps that are crashing - try downloading another app - any free app. See if that helps.
You said that you reset the iPad but you may have to restore your iPad to factory settings and then to a backup if you can't resolve the problem.

Ever since i did the IOS 7 my Iphone has been doing strange things it didn't do before, why is that?

I work for a business where were using multiple iphones and since we all did our software update to the IOS 7 our phones have all been playing up - freezing when clicking on apps, when you answer a call the new keypads very touchy and hangs up all the time, dials number on its own, the sound randomly stops working, and sound in general is very sketchy. Sounds like were in a car when were talking to someone. and a few other little things.
Is this happening to anyone else? Will another update be coming out to fix these little bugs or could it be all our phones themselves?

There are various issues that Apple is continue to work on. You are running the 7.02 release, so you have been updated twice since the intiital release. 7.03 was just released earlier today, and several fixes have been added to that release.
Hang in there. It appears that Apple is diligently working on addressing the various issues that have been reported. Remember, this is a major iOS change. It is the first major change to the iOS platform since it was originally released with the iPhone 1, so it's going to go through some growing pains....

Hey ergjam! I actually found a solution. Just follow this tutorial and it should work. On the PC's with Window's 8, where it mentions the whole iTunes Library.itl (I believe) it popped up as a song icon beside it with another file name. I took a chance and deleted that file and it was the correct file to delete, if that makes any sense. I had to sync it a few times but I managed to get music back onto my phone since I completed the tutorial in the following link: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1451

When you plug in your iPhone something shouldve poped up on your iPhone screen, saying Trust this computer? you may have accidentally pressed "Dont trust" if so it locks all photos on your phone so you cant see them from the computer. I would try another USB port and that same thing may pop up and make sure to press "Trust"
Also, you can try to go into my documents and on the left side you'll see "This PC" press that and you'll see an iphone on the screen, right click on it and it should have an option to "import pictures and videos" this may also work.
