Come on Apple.....get this issue sorted out!
Just out of warranty. This is a software issue. everything was ok until the software update. Apple just need to sort it out.

Before you make an apple ID with the new email, go to appleid.apple.com. login with your old email and password. change your old email to your new one. Now you can use your new email as your apple id, but beware if you go through the process of creating a new appleid with your new email address you will not be able to attach your old account to your new email.

Hi. After loading a picture into Photoshop some of the menu tools are greyed out and I cannot use the keyboard short cuts, for instance I cannot use Ctrl + T for free transform, how do I resolve this problem. In addition the tool Icons are so small I have to get close to the screen to see them, is there anyway the Icons can be made bigger without reducing the resolution of the screen.

DerekAre you working on a background layer? If so, Ctrl + T will not work. Press Alt and double-click your background layer to convert to a normal layer (or right-click BG layer and select Layer from Background) and try again.
If you're working in Photoshop CC 2014 you can go to Preferences > Experimental Features and tick "Scale UI 200% for high-density displays" to make your buttons and icons larger. -
Trying to update to ios6. Download it fully then it finishes and says the connection timed out and tells me to check my network settings. How do I fix this and update my iPhone?

Sometimes my back button is greyed out and does not show the previous page i was just looking at!?
This randomly happens and i can not tell exactly what i do or why.
All i know is that every time you visit a page,site, picture etc... the back button remembers every page you have just been too in that session.
However some times the back button goes grey and i can not click on it and it loses all the previous pages i have been to.
I can reopen the last pages by going to my history but it's really annoying as it takes time and as i surf and look at a lot of things, the back button is crucial for me.I am experiencing the same problem with the back button randomly being greyed out and not functional. If I navigate to the same page a second time, the back button is usually functional again... have not been able to associate this behavior with any particular site

Every time i try to send a text from my iphone 4 it cloes out and goes back to the home screen. why?
So i go to send a text and when i hit send it closes everything and goes back to the home scren. i have restarted it and reset it but nothing works.
Try restarting your iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.

I have a new computer and have installed iTunes on it.
Now I want to sync my iphone but the new itunes on the new computer wants to remove everything on my niphone and replace it with what's on the newly installed itunes data but it does not have my data.
How can I sync the new itunes with my iphone and not have my phone data wiped out?

There is no way to stop iTunes from doing exactly what it is designed to do.
The iPhone is designed to sync with one and only one computer.
If you have moved/copied your iTunes library from your old computer to your new one, then iTunes wiping your device is no problem. You would simply sync and iTunes will put all the content back. -

My Itunes and IPOD Touch are receiving error message: "APPLE ID DISABLED" I have reset password, and everything else they wanted me to do. Why doesn"t Apple address this issue? Is the a secret place to go to fix this problem?

Extensions tab greyed out, yet extension manager indicates the extensions are enabled
Recently downloaded trial version of photoshop cc (wanted my extensions to work before I purchased subscription), I also downloaded extension manager cc.
I installed a particular extension called Kubota Action Dashboard, it is enabled in the extension manager.
For some reason though when I open photoshop cc the extensions tab is greyed out and cannot be clicked on.
Any idea why this is the case? Why is the extension recognised in extension manager but not photoshop itself?
Thank you for any assistanceTo answer my own question, it appears to be an issue with the maker of the extension and not with the adobe products.
Just found this. It's probably the same with other extensions too, the developers just have to catch up.
