If you cannot connect to any Wi-Fi then try is a reboot of your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
If that doesn't help try resetting all Networks.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Netowrk Settings
Still no help? Then make an appointment at an Apple Store for a consultation.

In trying to include what information all that I could I should have specified I DON'T KNOW THAT IT WAS DEFINATELY JAILBROKEN when I took it to the apple store they told me there's no way for them to tell if it was jail broken or not. I'm only going by what ppl have told me COULD HAVE BEEN DONE TO THE PHONE. With that said the only thing I know for sure is that the apple tech at the Genius Bar told me that someone took control of my root menu in February & I've had no control of my phone since. I asked him how to regain control & how he knew his exact words were "oh that is out of our scope of capabilities here at this level & you would need an apple engineer to fix it". I said ok then how do I get an apple eng then? He laughed & said you can't!!!! To which I was furious I came home & called apple requesting to speak w/the fraud dept to file a report they said we don't have a fraud dept!! So after a 45 mn phone call again I left w/no answers.

I DON'T HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO SPEND HIRING AN ATTORNEY & Although I appreciate your suggestion I fail to how an attorney would be able to facilitate in any way since there's no suspect. I cannot prove that it's him doing it so I certainly can't pursue legal action w/no proof & no money. :'((

I was looking more for a TECHNICAL way to avoid this happening w/a new phone should I buy one or trying to get them out of my phone now! Such as installing some kind of software protection?? Someway to clear out the entire phone (other than factory reset which was done 10 x's w/no success, etc. if this person got in then there HAS TO BE A WAY OF GETTING HIM OUT, right???? -
My PC will no longer connect to I Tunes Store. I can see my library but cannot connect or sync. Tried everything including all the tips from I Tunes. Nothing works. Have installed and reinstalled over and over.

I have tried everything including reseting my iPhone5c but still can't connect to App Store, and it's been over a week now! Totally annoyed now!! i cant seem to find out what it is i put pro tools on it but when i went to delete the drivers there was nothing in the folder that indicated digidesignmidi was in there
You should find the driver in
<Name of your system hard drive>/Library/Audio/Midi Drivers
You might also find one in
<Name of your System Hard Drive>/Users/<Your user name>/Library/Audio/Midi Drivers
Replace anything in <...> with your systems actual info...
Also check the Midi Devices folder in each of the Audio folders.... -
i went on vacation and got wifi there....i came home last night and saw that i could not get any messages from my textnow or get on youtube or skype or facebook or anything that includes wifi....ive tried everything including turning it off, turning my wifi off, trying to join a new network, not using it for a day, everything!!! nothing will work for me!!! im wondering if it has to do with more than one devise on our wifi...we only have two ipod touches and a ps3....any advise?? i would appreciate it....THANKS!!!
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. Since you linked to an iTunes with only a completely different set of songs it will have erased your original iPod song list. There are some data recovery programs on the market which might help, here's an example: iPod Data Recovery
None of the recovery programs are particularly cheap so you have to decide if in your particular circumstances it's worth it otherwise you just have to write your songs off. -

My phone downloaded the update but it won't install it, it keep saying I'm no longer connected to the Internet and I am I'm under wifi at home what should I do?
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Every time I open Mozilla Firefox, there is an annoying sound that won't stop, and it sounds kind of like pac man. I t won't stop, and I have no idea where it is coming from. I have tried everything. Any suggestions on what I should do?

You can get Ms Pacman to appear in that game by clicking the "insert coin" button twice and using the WASD keys to move :)
You can also just change your homepage to something other than google until tomorrow. -
