At the very least, I recommend you restart your router, (your internet box).
More detail on your problem is needed - are you in a submarine? On the moon? On a tropical island?
You can help yourself by providing as much info as you can about your present situation - what kind of router do you have? Have you moved it? DId you update it? Did you do anything to change your setup, and if you did, what?

The warranty for the iPhone is not and has never been International.
Warranty and support are ONLY valid in the country of origin. The only exception is the EU where the entire EU is treated as one country.
If the device will be used in India, buy it in India.

When trying to install io5 on my iphone4 I get an error message during the updtae that there is a problem with backup and if I continue with the update, all the data will be deleted from my phone. Time Capsule has a green light, other MacBook Pro backs up OK but this machine continues to receive above error message and will not Enter Time Machine producing the error message Your Time Machine backup disk can’t be found. All help is appreciated!With the TC plugged by ethernet into the computer.. still in full isolation to the network and with factory reset.. you can do another to be sure.
Please open the network preferences.. and check the IP the ethernet is getting from the TC.
It should be 10.0.1.2

If you open airport utility can it see the TC?

If not then I think you have a major network issue on the computer.
Assuming you can see the TC in airport utility.. go to manual setup and the disk tab. Does the disk register any issues.. SMART should show it has verified.

Mount the drive manually via the top menu.. Go.. Connect to server.
And type in the address.. SMB://10.0.1.1
Did NOT work, however 10.0.1.2 did
That should discover the drive and ask you for credentials which after a factory reset will just be public as the password. The drive should mount and you can then see it in finder.

I would deliberately use SMB. The other alternative is AFP://10.0.1.1 but that seems to be more problematic at times..
Once mounted point TM to the drive and see if it can find it and start the backup.. if it fails I think you have need to use the A5 in pondini's troubleshooting and see what you can do.
It failed and A5 makes NO difference.
A drive that won't mount is obviously not going to work.
Pondini is welcome to make comments... sometimes my Mac terminology gets a bit loose.. !! My recent convert status is visible .. !!
My other solutions.. since these are fairly old products.. the TC is more than 3years in all likelihood so outside warranty.. get a USB drive and plug it into the Mac and use TM to backup to that. If that works.. I would erase the hard disk in the TC and start over with both computers.. you will need to backup the other computer before you erase of course. Erasing and starting over does seem to help.
If there are no other suggestions, I guess I will try erasing and starting over. Thank you both for ALL your advice. -
Hi, can someone please help? My sons new ipod touch 4g is not responding to any attempts at restore, and is not recognized in itunes or my computer. My laptop is working ok as it originally set up the ipod but when i connected it again it told me there was an update available, that's when it all went pear shaped. Just two days later we purchased an ipad which we had no problem with syncing on the same laptop using the same usb port. I can't even charge the ipod as the screen does not change from the 'connect to itunes' symbols. I've also tried charging it on a docking station, to no avail. I've done everything that's been suggested in the forums so if anyone knows anything, please let me know!
Error 1604: This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, uninstalling and reinstalling USB ports, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections, device not recognized properly, computer won't recognize a FireWire or USB device). If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for error 1604.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while iPhone remains connected.
iPhone should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

When I try to send a imessage it stops before it can load all the way and will send from 30 minutes to an hour after. When the message sends it doesn't even say delivered so I am not sure the message went through. This problem has started about 2 weeks ago and nothing on my phone has changed. It does the same thing on Wifi and on data.
Same thing here. Noticed after 8.3 update. Some I must resend as text messages. Apple needs to address this issue. I message is supposed to be fast. hopefully they fix it.

As stated above, if i go out during the day, buy an app, download a song and take 20 photo's when i get home my devices will all take 30mins to sync before i can even browse websites or check my facebook at home.
Can i set up my iCloud to only sync when i am on my work Wi-fi...?Welcome to the Apple Community.

A concern we've noticing since we have updated the lastest software... Our phone keep glitching and it's moving extremely slower than usual. I have the 4s and my kids have the newer phones 5c and the 5s. Is this a on going problem and if so when is it going to be fixed because this is terrible. Very disappointed customer. I was waiting on the newer iphone for myself but if apple can't get things straighten out with software I will have to consider your competitors. I have majority apple products and so far I am hating the issues I am having. Please fix soon. Thank you.

You speak about glitches in your iPhones but unless you describe those glitches, we are unable to offer any help. You mention you are having issues but we are not psychic and cannot imagine what those issues could be. -
I had Microsoft 2011 installed on my macbook, and my macbook had crashed recently. Luckily I had backed up my drive before. After fixing it i tried to restore my files and when i tried using microsoft office i was given the before mentioned error message. Unfortunately I had misplaced my office box when moving and so I don't have the CD or reg key. I also tried copying the app from my brothers macbook, but i still go the same error message. Is there any alternative way.
Office usually can't be restored intact without a good activation key. The only thing that I can advise is getting in touch with Microsoft to see if they can retrieve the key for you.
When you get the key, you can download a digital, dmg file of Office.

I seem to be having a lot of connectivity issues my iPad. It takes a long time to load and sometimes will not load a page at all. I seem to be having issues with streaming in that it will play a song and just stop. It seems I have to turn it completely off and restart.

When I connect my nano to my computer I receive the following message: There is a problem with this drive. Scan the drive now and fix it.
In addition, when I connect my nano, my computer does recognize but the library and playlists in my Itunes is not the same as the library/playlists on my ipod (on this ipod). I can call my ipad with my iphone alll the time. That's how I check up on my kids at home when I"m at work. You just set up to your iphone's facetime setting with your phone number and set up your ipad's facetime settings with your apple id (in this case it's your email)
