TS1398 Why does the internet connection appear to be offline with stronger WiFi signal?

I purchased new iPAD 3 generations 32 GB last Monday so i did click iCloud on left side to open the page but it
indicated "Verification Failed - the internet connection appears to be offline" at home while WiFi icon shows stronger
but problem with the internet connection being offline at home
I have no problem with my home computer and wireless printer - both still working good but I don't understand what's problem
with my new iPAD after creating new iCloud account outside home such as McDonald or Starbuck - internet connection appears to be online
I have Verzion High Speed DSL and router DLink Model DES-1105.
Please advise.

You may think you are connected to the internet, but maybe not. Click on Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Have you gone into Settings to verify that your ipod is connected to some router? Have you logged in with the security code (if there is one defined for that router)? If it says the internet connection is offline, then the ipod is not properly connecting to the internet. Perhaps the router is the problem - new iDevices require routers have the latest firmware. Older appliances might connect through them, but many users have found that their routers don't work with newer devices.
Try doing this again at some public wifi area as a test.

It's a feature which is supposed to enhance your interface with your Mac and its operating system on screen. It is a "visual aid" that is meant to remove on screen clutter.
You can go to 'system prefs/ click general/ click 'Show scroll "Always button"

Why does the internet on my new macbook pro not work when my old macbook's does? I'll have to turn the wifi off and back on multiple times to get the internet to continue to work on my Macbook Pro (running mountain lion but did it on lion also) when it runs fine on my old white Macbook (running lion). And it should go to your user folder/Library/ColorSync/Profiles
if you have one already you can rename either one ..
and then go to system preferences - displays - color to select the profile .
you will get rid of the blue tint while keeping correct color and gamma
This is for the newer 2010 MBP's altho if same display was used might also give good results in the previous models as well . .

Do you know what iCloud is? It's replacing MobileMe. You must be syncing with iCloud, and those are the iCloud contacts.

The songs are not from iTunes, they are from CDs that I had copied to my itunes library.
It is worth mentioning that I wasn't facing this issue before IOS 5.

Wh does the internet connection keep dropping on my macbook pro and mac pro

I have a Mac pro, Macbook Pro and iphone. All have problems with the internet connection especially after any short period of in activity. My mac Pro is connected directly with an ethernet cable and the mac pro wireless. I have to go through system preferences network setup all the time to reconect. Soemtimes whn on email choosing take all accounts online does cause a reconnect but only after a minute or so wait.

Done that.. many times... also did a lot of suggestions from other posts.. removing pls files etc.. nothing works and it seems to be something experienced by other.. mysstery is it happens on all 5 computers in the office.. my isp has no suggestions... the pro can loose connection and the macbook wifi is OK and the phone usually works OK but leave my Macpro for 5 minutes and `I need to reconnct using system preferneces...

I am currently running on iOS8. All software on my iPhone 6 is up to date. I have tried restarting with no change. There are many instances that I see online of people who are having this same problem, only it applies to specific music albums. Not an entire genre. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to fix this? My last ditch effort will probably be a factory reset.

I have the same situation. It seems to happen with the first two or three genre's. Even manually created ones that I've made. It also seems to be related to having a mixture of song's under that genre that are either uploaded (from a CD) and downloaded from iTunes.
I had one artist that all albums were upload from a CD except one. If I add all the CD albums the genre only appears once. As soon as I add the album from iTunes the genre appears twice. And vice-versa. The particular genre is one that I made, but it happens with predefined iTunes genre's as well.
Please fix it apple.

Why does an internet connection quit for no apparent reason?

For over a year I've had no problem staying connected to the internet using a
modem and cable (Shaw) but lately the connection has been stopping after a couple of minutes: pages won't fill and Safari enters the ice age!
I've tried repairing disk and permissions but no luck, can anyone suggest anything?

Pay no attention to it's mention of WPA2, it's fixed the problem for a few other methods too.
