Thanks for helping me.Check the location of your iTunes library in the preferences, and navigate to that folder. The contents will vary depending on how onld teh library is etc, but there should be a folder for applications. If you do not see it, navigate to the App Store within iTunes and download a free app. Then go look again. Copy your old apps from the CD into this location. You will need to ensure that whatever iTunes ID was used to purchase them originally is authorised in the new iTunes library.

It sounds like you may want to setup Automatic Downloads for your purchases to download on your iOS device as well. The following Knowledge Base article offers the steps on how to turn that feature on:
Enable Automatic Downloads

Turn on Automatic Downloads on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Sign in with your Apple ID if necessary.
Tap the content that you want to automatically download. If iBooks isn't listed, you need to download iBooksfrom the App Store.
You can turn Automatic Downloads on or off over your cellular network on an iPhone or iPad Wi-Fi + 3G. Go to Settings > Store and turn Cellular Data on or off. Cellular Data downloads are limited to a file size of 50 MB or smaller.
Additionally you can try downloading the content to your device using these steps as well:

Music
Tap Settings > Music and make sure Show All Music is on.
Tap the Music app.
Find the item that you want to download.
Tap the Download icon.

I have purchased tunes from iTunes and can't put them on to my iPod shuffle. I can't tick them as they're not highlighted.
PLease help.Connect the iPad to your computer and select the iPad on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which should be Movies - if you select that tab you can then select which of your films to sync to the iPad's Videos app.

Why am i being charged twice for 11.04 and 11.46 when I did not purchase those songs, I used an itunes card 25$ and I still have 0.04 cents left?

i purchased a song on my Ipod Touch 4 GEN. and i listened to it not 5 mins before i synced it with Itunes...then i looked in my Ipod music library and itunes library...GONE. but when i go to download it, like with Apps when if you have purchased an app and it get's deleted...you can have it back for FREE
and i tryed that with this song...and it says that " you have already purchased this song, would you like to buy it again?" but it wont let me get it again for free even tho i have bought it before...is there a way i can get it back with out having to pay??

As it should have been transferred to your computer when you synced, you can contact itunes support and ask for an exception.

I have two ipad2s and two iPhone 4s on the same iTune account. I have a gift card balance of $25.78. I have purchased a song on one iPad and an app on a different iPad using the same iTunes account. Both times I have been charged the amount to my credit card and my "credit" balance or redeemable balance has not decreased. Why is this happening? Why won't it take it out of the gift card balance? Please help if you can. This is frustrating. I didn't think I had to do anything special once I "redeemed" the card and put them in the account to use. At first it was deducting the amount from the credited amount when I was initially buying songs. Now it's not. It's so frustrating!

Do you have the Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 Kbps AAC option ticked from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes?
If so, disable it and then click the Apply button in the lower right hand corner to apply the changes to your device.

I am so glad that I ran across your post. I had been reading "solutions" to this problem all day, and most of them said to install/unistall/re-install itunes! No way! I knew there had to be an easier way, and you had it. Just a few clicks, and that was it.

i have purchased 100 songs in last 2 years on itunes now i am able to find the first 50 songs, i am using the origial id in all my devices.i even got the invoice of my purshace where can find them all?
ITS NOT EVEN SHOWING UP IN PURCHASED SECTION1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. If you've exhaustively searched for the missing files and there is no prospect of repair by restoring to them to their original locations, or connecting to new ones, then delete that tracks that display both the missing exclamation mark and are of media kind Purchased/Protected AAC audio file. Don't hide from iTunes in the cloud when asked, close iTunes, then reopen. You can download from the cloud links or iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer > All songs > Download all.
2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. There is a hint that using the feature to downsample media as it is synced to a device may also be involved, though I've not replicated it. Whatever the reason a backup would protect your media.

The pictures online are all extremely low-resolution and pixelated. Facebook seems to be the site I notice it most on. It's like all the pictures were taken with early 2000's camera phones. I know the pictures don't look that bad.
