TS1424 cancel app purchase, get refund

If you buy an app or additional upgrades by mistake, is there a way to cancel and get a refund?

All sales are final.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception, but I wouldn't expect it.

    My 4 year old son clicked on $100 of in app purchases.  How can I cancel the purchase?  I "reported a problem" as soon as it happened but no response/action.

  • Itunes says my in app purchases were refunded but i have not received any money for them. what do I do?

    On 4/3 3 54.95 purchases went through on my checking account. I had a 50 dollar I tunes card and tried to buy an item worth 50 dollars. but instead 54.95 was charged 3 times from my bank account on iTunes card. I talked to my bank and iTunes. ITunes said they would refund all of them. I check my apps purchases on my pc and all 3 of the charges say refunded but I have received no money. On top of that I did not receive anything I purchased. what should I do to get my money back?

    It can take a number of days before the refunds will show on your card - if they aren't there by the end of the week then try contacting iTunes Support again.

    Trying to make an in app purchase, which I've done many times before, now I am unable to do so.  I've checked my account info for errors and contacted the app manufacturer and am getting no where.  Any ideas?? Getting a "purchase cannot be made error 0".

    I've been repeatedly asked when making in-app purchases lately to "contact iTunes support" to complete the transactions.  I know it's not an issue with the card on file.  Does anyone know what that problem might be?

  • Duplicate accounts since signing up for a promotion, need to cancel one and get refunded for monthly charges for earlier plan

    So how do I get this done? My sales rep who signed me up to the promotion was supposed to take care of transferring the team to the new Adobe ID, but didn't.

    You had signed for CC team in November 2014, unfortunately the CC for individual was also active, the charges for the months of November, December 2014 & January 2015 have been refunded. The individual CC has also been canceled, you will not be charged in duplicate from next billing cycle.

  • TS1424 new app purchase on iphone - should it also be on ipad?

    I purchased an app which includes a book.  I did this on my iphone thinking it would sync across devices but it doesn't.  My iPad has an icon for that app but it lists the book still as a sample and there is a place I could purchase the book again.  Both the iphone and the iPad are linked to only one apply account.  I'm unsure if this is an Apple question or support for maker of the app.
