TS1424 Error 306 if you can help please
Hi i keep getting this error message evrytime i try to access the store if anyone knows how to fix this i would appreciate that also how do i switch store as i currently work in Abu Dhabi and when i try to purchase something it says you have to switch to the uk store
Thankskrystennicole, the thing with the Zen Micro (and other players, too) is that they use playlists. This means that it doesn't matter if you got 000 songs in it, it won't play anything that's not in the playlist.
Now, you JUST loaded up your songs, and you have an empty playlist. What you need to do is add all your songs to the playlist to be able to listen to them. Later you can make playlists for separate genres if you like, but let's concentrate on what you want to do now: Listen to your music.
Not sure if this is stated in the manual of the ZM, but here's a quickstart.
Go to Music Library, and select All Tracks. Scroll to the one you'd like to begin with, and click Play. Now, all your songs will be loaded into the "Now Playing" list, and you'll be able to listen to all of them! -

Itunes cannot connect to iTunes store error 306
Hi, I think I originally posted this on the wrong forum. So I will repost and hope for the best.
Up until recently I used to connect to the internet via airport and everything worked fine. I could connect to iTunes store no problem.
The connection was all set up by the local phone company and somehow they connected the iMac to airport via a modem.
I know that this appears to defeat the point of airport but it worked fine.
I had connection problems with the modem (it was old and needed replaced) that was attached to the airport and iMac. I arranged for the telephone company to come and replace the modem. However, although they replaced the modem and the internet connection is fine.
What they did not do was to reconnect the Airport device and now I cannot connect with iTunes store. Now instead of connecting to the internet via the Airport connection I now connect via Ethernet
The error message I get is
"iTunes could not connect to the iTunes store. An unknown error occured (306).
Make sure your network connection is active and try again."
I think that if someone could advise how I stop trying to connect to the iTunes store via Airport but via an Ethernet connection

Proxies, parental control settings and software, security or filtering software, or a bad iTunes Store cache can cause this.
To address proxies, Remove Internet Options proxy settings ( http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1490 ) and connect to the Internet without a proxy.
To reset iTunes Store cache:
In iTunes, choose iTunes > Preferences (Mac) or Edit > Preferences (PC).
Click the Advanced tab.
Click the "Reset cache" button.
Click OK and see if the issue is resolved.
Adjust Parental Controls in iTunes:
Open iTunes.
Access iTunes preferences:
On a Mac: From the iTunes menu, choose Preferences.
On a Windows PC: From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
Click the Parental Controls tab.
Remove restrictions on Parental Controls.

Printing from Mac Book Pro to windows printer Error 306
Error 306
I tried several setups before I figured this out.
Trying to print to windows printer
Mac Book Pro / Canon MX 870 resulted in print error 306.
Home network with Linksys wireless N router
First delete the printer on the Mac.
Make sure you go to Canon's website and download latest driver for your Mac. Canon's software driver site detects your operating system automatically and takes you to the driver you need, just make sure everything matches up. You can see the OS version you are using by clicking on the apple icon and then (about this mac)
I also down loaded network tool package. Not sure if you need it, but I loaded it too.
Now on the Canon MX870, go to the wireless set up menu. (key pad on the printer itself). Follow the promts and you will get to where you can enter your network password and get your printer to connect to your router. Now the wireless Icon on the printer will be on steady.
Now back on the Mac, Click the Apple Icon, System Preferences, then click on printers and scanners.
You will see, Default- Scanner- IP- Windows, icons at the top of the page. Just be sure the default is highlighted.
My Scanner came up first, then a few seconds later the printer appeared.
Select the printer
Use the one with all the numbers after the printer name. (MX870xxxxxxxxxxx)
Canon U Network
Click on it and then click the add button bottom right
Make sure your are always in good wireless signal strength throughout the entire process.
Hope this helps.
LouThanks for the detailed info Lou!

Error 306 when accessing itunes store
I am unable to access the store. One day it worked, the next it didn't.
I have tried to log on using another log on, same problem. I next downloaded the current version and it still gives me the error message 306, the connection timed out. It usually gets about half way before it stops.
Thanks
rudybaconI saw this posted. I did as it instructed and shazzam!
It worked. The answer was posted by nantes37 of the UK.
Thank them, not me. It works without any commercial
download.
I posted this twice and saved it for the future.
I often need reminding of these things! lol!

Error 306, wrong number or types of argument in call to ADD_OBJECT_ARG
Hello all,
I am trying to install Webutil to Forms 9i, but when compiling the webutil.pll, I am getting the compilation error 306, wrong number or types of argument in call to ADD_OBJECT_ARG(args, a0, 'java/lang/Object').
The problems are in the body of Package Jave_System when some methods of JNI are called.
What is JNI and how i can fix this problem?<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by Instructor:

Gusother than that there are logical errors in this
u hav to use here != with the while loop.
Again loop willl never return to first block.It will stuck at last block and will show error.
For ur question u can use as
declare
--block_id block;
--item_id item;
vc_first_block varchar2(65);
begin
vc_first_block := :system.cursor_block;
--block_id := find_block(:system.cursor_block);

Form Builder. Error 306 wrong number or types of arguments in call to populate_table
Hi ! I'm trying to build a simple form based on a procedure.
the error that i get:
error 306 - wrong number or types of arguments in call to populate_table
When I use the Data block
wizard, I specify the procedure with a ref cursor argument. the procedure code:
open ind_prof for select i.nome, i.idade, p.nome
from individuo i, individuo_profissao ip, profissao p
where i.cod_individuo=ip.cod_individuo
and ip.cod_profissao=p.cod_profissao;
The error that i get 'points' to this procedure. I checked the cursor type, the record
type and everything seems ok.
I'm using a ref cursor to query.
I have the same proble either using a procedure or a function.
There is another method to load the data into the block. That procedure is called
automatically and it has a table of the same record type as the ref cursor as an
argument. What code should I write on it ?
what should I write in both of them ?
Thanks !<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>Originally posted by Instructor:

Can anyone assist me on Error 306?
I have installed iTunes 10.6 on my Windows XP. I have also downloaded music files etc. When I try and access the iTunes Store from my XP laptop, I get the Error message "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store (306). Make sure your netowrk is active and try again". However, my network is very much active. Rebooting the laptop has not helped. Can anyone help me understand why I am getting this error, and what I can do to overcome it? If I uninstalll and reinstall, will my downloaded music files get wiped out?
