I got charged for something three times and I did not receive the product....how do I get my money back? I have tried reporting a problem but it takes me straight to the frequently asked questions page.....

    I just bought an iBook and in my email receipt I also was charged for something I didn't purchase. I clicked on"report a problem" and got a non- working URL. So I called support, the only number I could find. 45 minutes later on the phone, my $1.99 was credited and I was told to just use gift cards so that no one could use my iTunes acct. Huh?

    Immediately change your iTunes password.
    I suggest removing your CC info and only add it when you want to purchase then remove immediately after purchase.

    I got charged $80 for one of those games with in-app purchases. I never bought this game (I'm the one who has access to my laptop and iPod), so it wasn't a mistake from someone else. I don't even have that game installed on the iPod or in iTunes.
    The game was:
    MetalStorm: Online™, A Gigantic Pack of Coins, Seller: Z2Live, Inc
    Does Apple give back the money in situations like this?
    What worries me the most though, was that some kind of scam/hacking that the creators of the game did, is it a common mistake, or someone tried to hack my account?

    Wow, same happen to me too. Some stupid game i dont even have. In-app $10 purchase on June 18th... I didn't even use my ipad for 3 days...
    So i am also wodering what apple will do about that.

    Tried to download a movie for a plane trip.  My wife tried first on her iPad and found she did not have enough memory.  Then I tried on my iPhone 6 plus and although it said it was downloaded it didn't play on the plane.  We got charged twice for a movie we could not watch.  Tried to find support to get credit but can't find anything.  What now?

    Are you and your wife using the same iTunes account on your iPad and iPhone, and if you are how did you try to download the film ? If you are using the same account and you used the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone (assuming that you are in a country where films can be redownloaded) then you shouldn't have been charged again - you can use the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
