    Mine done the same thing for the My Tom app. I have not found a answer yet but this is very aggravating, it sounds like it's an issue with Apple.

    SO, do I delete the app off of both the old 3g phone AND the imac, then reinstall on ONLY the imac, then re sync?  OR, should I delete off computer, repurchase on computer then re-sync with new iphone4?  I realize this is kind of roundabout, but the issue I ran into was too much stuff on my old 8GB 3G, and I was stuck on iOS3 FOREVER (couldn't upgrade to iOS4) soooo, I deleted a whole bunch of piddly apps from the phone ONLY, which then allowed me to update to iOS4 (on the 3G).  Then, I could sync (which I did, but obviously not everything transferred, b/c when I synced the new 32 GB iphone 4, there are  particular apps {doodle buddy and groove, my tap fish...} that are missing the in app purchases, but these are still on the old 8GB 3G).  I am so confused....

    SHTML files are regular HTML files that make use of Server-Side Includes. In some server configurations, the special file extension is required to instruct the server to parse the file for SSI code.
    If Firefox doesn't recognize the file type, it is likely the MIME type is incorrect.

    I inadvertently selected an in-app purchase for $7.40 with a $5 balance on my card that of course was declined.  I want to cancel that purchase but now can't get into the app because there is now an update.  I can't update because of the declined purchase.  Is there a way to cancel it?

    Because it was declined, it's still looking for the $7.40.  I could put more money on my card, but I don't want to complete the purchase.  And since the App Store is waiting for the declined amount, I can't update any of my free apps because it needs to have $1 available.

    click on iTunes Store Customer Service website
    then click on you country from the list
    then click on "iTunes Store Account & Billing"
    then click on "Billing Inquiries"
    then click on "email us"
    then fill out the form
    for specific request I would chose "I have an invoice question", but that's just a guess.

    For the past sevral weeks, my navigating in the Internet has been slowed down by the appearance of a spinning rainbow.  I eventually disappears and the arrow returns permitting me to proceed in my search.

    To get an accurate reading with Activity Monitor you need to use your computer for at least a few hours doing the things you normally do, is that what you did when you saw 369mb of pageouts?

    What 'no work', the purchase of the app or the app has downloaded but doesn't work on your device ?
    If the purchase isn't going through then what happens, are you getting an error message ?
    If the app has downloaded but doesn't work on your device then have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it ? If that hasn't fixed it then have you contacted the developer ? If you have and they can't help then try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
