TS1424 how do I get unauthorized  in - app purchases off my credit card?

I signed in for a 99cent app download. Six receipts later and my bill is over $100. How do I get this fixed?

    Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is apparently critical. This seems to come and go, or only apply to App Stores in specific countries, so you may not see the option for "None" when asked for a payment type.
    You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

    SO, do I delete the app off of both the old 3g phone AND the imac, then reinstall on ONLY the imac, then re sync?  OR, should I delete off computer, repurchase on computer then re-sync with new iphone4?  I realize this is kind of roundabout, but the issue I ran into was too much stuff on my old 8GB 3G, and I was stuck on iOS3 FOREVER (couldn't upgrade to iOS4) soooo, I deleted a whole bunch of piddly apps from the phone ONLY, which then allowed me to update to iOS4 (on the 3G).  Then, I could sync (which I did, but obviously not everything transferred, b/c when I synced the new 32 GB iphone 4, there are  particular apps {doodle buddy and groove, my tap fish...} that are missing the in app purchases, but these are still on the old 8GB 3G).  I am so confused....

    You can always dispute the charges with your bank, if possible. With Apple, they typically stand by the phrase that all sales are final. However, if you go to the iTunes Store, then click on your email address (Apple ID) in the black nav bar, and click on "Account"... you will see a "Purchase History" section. Here, select "See All." If the order is still processing, it will be at the top. If it has completed (at the bottom), click on the arrow next to the order number you want to inquire about.  A new order page will open. Here you can click "Report a Problem" then click "Report a problem" (again) next to the item you want to dispute. Here you can chose your problem. You should likely use the "Other" category. It will be up to the customer service person on whether they grant you an exception to their normal rule that you can't get refunds.

    If they are not on your computer, how does iTunes say that you still have them?
    Do you mean that they show in your purchase history in iTunes?
    It sounds like you did not "Transfer purchases" when  you synced your iPhone.  And as such, it's highly unlikely they were ever on your computer.
    The iPhone is not a storage device.  It is intended that all purchases be transfered to your computer for backup on a regular basis.  Then as an added measure, create a backup of your iTunes library to an external drive, CD/DVD's, or flash drives in the event something happens to your computer.
    It is ultimately up to the user to ensure that their media and files are backed up.

    If you want to use the email address that you've used on the account that you've already created then you could create a new email account via http://google.com or http://hotmail.com and put that on the existing account : http://appleid.apple.com - you should (though I haven't tried it myself) then be able to use your existing email address on the new account

    There isn't a way to enter credit card for two cards in the same account. You can only enter cards one at a time. You can replace the current card with a different card.
