If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . Or you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

How do I find the answers to the security questions that I must have answered some time ago?

I don't think anyone can tell you the answers to your security questions.
The best thing is if you setup a rescue email address, then you can reset the questions and answers yourself.
If not, you will need to contact iTunes Store Support for help.

  • HT201303 How do you reset the answers to your security questions in the iTunes store?

I was trying to make a purchase on the iTunes store from my computer but forgot the answers to my security questions. I can log in with my Apple ID and password with no problems, it's just that when I am prompted to answer two security questions to complete the purchase, I've been getting one (or both of them) wrong. Can anyone help me reset the questions?

Check the AppleCare number for your country here:

Call them up, and let them know you would like to be transferred to the Account Security Team.

  • How do I retrieve the answers to my security questions as I have forgotten one of them?, How do I retrieve the answers to my security questions as I have forgotten one of them?

I want to purchase an app but I am being asked to answer two security questions, unfortunately I cannot remember the answer to one of them, how do I retrieve the answer or change the question?

If you can't remember the answers to the security questions, then go to Express Lane  and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The page that you posted from tells you how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on that page should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
