I'm having trouble redeeming a free song list. After putting in the code and I'm prompted for my password to start the download. Then nothing happens and I am redirected back to the home screen. Any ideas?
Reapply the style to the second caption - it most likely has an override on it restarting the numbering at 1.

I have a redeem code for a digital product of a movie I bought in the US. My iTunes account is in the UK as I am a Brit. The redeem code wont work on my UK account even though I purchased the product legitimately.
If the code is only valid in the US then you will need to be in the US with a US based iTunes account to be able to redeem it.

48 Hours ago I started to upgrade to Mountain Lion on a now 10 day old IMac - 30 minutes ago I got the email with the content code and redeem code for the download from the app store - it said download was happening, but nothing happened for 30 min - HOW DO I (or you) FIX IT!?
This is a User's Forum, yelling at us won't help. You have 90 days of customer support via telephone. Use them as they can interact with their system and hopefully get you back on track. Otherwise take it to them at the Genius Bar and have them make it good.

iTunes gift cards can only be used in the country in which they are issued - so US gift cards can only be used with US-based iTunes accounts. Do you know anybody in the US that you could sell/give the card to ? Or you could just sell the card.

my Blue ray DVDs have no mediamanager programs on...
I don't have a digital copy DVD. I bought a 4 disc blue ray collection BD with 3x blue ray (3d, movie in 2d and bonus) and a DVD copy.).
It doesn't have a digital copy disc, it only has a ticked saying it is a digital copy code, which has only links to ultraviolet ****** service.
I want to have it in itunes....
any help?

Why can I buy a DVD or a music CD in foreign country amazon store, and I can't buy those music CDs in itunes in other country?
I mean, amazon now offers you a mp3 copy of all CDs you bought over them, so.....why not apple?? -

Hi, I am having trouble getting an album to download. I have tried it on both my iPhone and laptop through iTunes but neither works. I am wondering if it could be the size of the album stopping it downloading (212 Tracks) Any Ideas?
These alerts occur due to timeouts or conflicts trying to write a file during download.
If you encounter this issue while while downloading something from the iTunes Store:
Delete your iTunes Downloads folder, located in:
Mac OS X: ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Downloads Note: "iTunes Media" may appear as "iTunes Music. Also, the tilde (~) refers to your Home directory.
After locating your iTunes Downloads folder:
Quit iTunes.
Delete the Downloads folder on your computer.
Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
Enter your account name and password.
