TS1424 I am trying to download an app but i am getting unable to connect to itune store error message.
I know alot of people got this error message while trying to download app. Any solution yet?
Most often a connection error. Since you are (I assume) seeing this on your iPad, the solution that often solves this is to reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. Once back up, try again and see if there is still an issue.

Your account needs to have a credit/debit card on file. If you don't have one, you'll need to setup a new account without one.

I am trying to download an app. but the screen on my iphone 4S has frozen when I reached the screen saying it was ready to download and I was
seeing an "OK" button to press. Nothing happens and I can't get out of the screen. When I shut off the phone and cut it back on and go to "apps"
the frozen screen appears again. Any help???Have you had an issue with a previous purchase from iTunes or has your credit card expired? Even though it is a free app, you may have to update your payment information, since you already have a credit card on file. They have to be updated in iTunes.
If none of that applies, try signing out, Restrt and sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again.
if that doesn't work, you may have to contact iTunes Store Support and seek their assistance.

I have a white iPad, 64GB, only wi-fi, and I have 235 apps in it, now I am trying to download more apps, but it isn't happening, so my iPad can only hold that much, help me someone.
Bit more info please. Connect to iTunes on your Pc/Mac click on your icon and confirm your memory usage in the Capacity bar at the bottom of the Summary page. Try also unticking some Apps you use less frequently in the Apps section in you iPad's pages in iTunes on your pc/mac, sync afterwards to clear them off your pad then try downloading again.

Ok, first of all don't keep purchasing the application, and if you've purchased it multiple times, contact iTunes billing department immediately. They SHOULD only send one actual confirmation in and the rest of the "pending" charges will drop off (how long that takes is up to your credit card company, not iTunes), but you should be sure.
Second, sometimes when they are uploading a lot of new stuff at certain times it can cause the store to screw up, or any number of other reasons could be a factor why you can't connect to the iTunes store, be it on their end or on your end even. Wait a little bit and try again via "Check for available downloads" or via your "Purchased" option on the iTunes store main page.
IF the app you purchased isn't there and you are sure your credit card was charged, then you will need to contact iTunes to find out why you can't download the app. -
