I bought a song that was 1.29$ on my iTunes with my iTunes cash and it docked off 1.29 as usuall but a day later I got got an email telling me that I owe 1.29$$ to Apple, so that doesn't make any sense!
You will have to pay the owed amount with a valid card that has money on it. Once that is done, change the card to none and then it will use your store credit on future purchases.

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

I bought 2 songs that can not be played or copied
Yesterday I bought 2 songs but one can not be played at all and the other you can listen just a few seconds. You can not even play them in itunes. I've previously buy other songs that don't have any problems. When you see the files they seem complete because they are more than 2 minutes long as the songs.

I am trying to transfer my itunes songs that were purchased using a previous apple id and windows pc ( I now have a macbook pro). When I try and download the itunes files, a message appears telling me that 7 songs purchased under the old apple id cannot be added to itunes on my macbook( the rest are added ok). I know the previous apple id, but have forgotten the password. When I try and retrieve the password using the security questions, I am asked for my birthdate. When I enter my birthdate, I am told this information is incorrect! Thats as far as i can go!
How can I update my apple id( and remove any old ones) if I can't retrieve the old password?You need a third-party program lke one of those discussed here:

Just downloaded DW CC. Bought expensive book that tells me to use "Expanded Workspace" but the only options I see in window or workspace button are "Design" Extract" and one other. No where can I find "Expand" or "Compact" which the books says are the two choices.

I won't be spending any more money on expensive books now that I know you can't actually get one that applies to the latest version.
Don't get me wrong. I like books. Classroom in a Book series is an excellent resource to have. You will learn a lot from it. Just don't get side-stepped by Creative Cloud's update schedule. No publishing house can keep pace with it. If you stay informed about new releases from Adobe's "What's New" Blogs, you will get your money's worth out of your books. Online Help (F1) is another good resource to use since it is updated fairly often.

When I try to sync my music on my iPhone 4 I have a tab at the top that says 'on this iPhone'. This is at the end of all the other tabs like info, ringtones, music etc. The music in that tab is always on my phone but does not show in my itunes library. How can I get it into my library? It doesn't sync either.
The new iTunes has a somewhat different look from the previous version. You can get the old look back if you prefer it by doing View > Show Sidebar in iTunes. Or you can adapt to the new look.

Try using these steps to stop Lost Mode from iCloud.com:
Stop Lost Mode or change your contact info
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, then select the device that’s in Lost Mode.
Click Lost Mode, then change the information or click Stop Lost Mode.
