TS1424 i bought some smurfburries on smurf village game. itunes charged my account but never credited the smurfberries on game. i don't know how to claim my money back. pls help me. very thankful

I have bought three times different things from the smurf village game. Every time my account have been charged but i have not received neither of them. What can i do to claim, and more important get credited, the total amount of my purchases. Greatly appreciate any help.

    i donwloaded new updates for my garage band with instruments (which was about 1.2gb) .  When I started my email a message popped up that my email is not supported with the version of the email - I was confused and went into applications and tried using the "mail.app" and then I lost my "Mail" app on my dock and now there's no way for me to get my emails or find the app to load back on my dock.  Could someone please help me??

    If your Mail app is no longer inside your Applications folder, use Spotlight to locate the application.  Once you find it, place the application back inside the Applications folder.  Then drag the original Mail app to the dock & let go.  The Mail app should now appear in the Dock.

    Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and setting. Then re-setup the iPod with your account/media. To redownload iTunes purchases see:

    Okay so I asked someone from apple and they said that the software update icon is gone but its functions have been merged with the app store icon on the settings menu. Crisis averted haha!

    Not easily, no. There's no direct transfer option between POP and IMAP, especially across email providers. The best you could do would be to forward all of your emails to your new address, although it's not clear that you need to - dropping your sbcglobal.net account doesn't instantly render all your existing mail void - it'll still be in your Mail client, you can still read it, search it, etc., it just won't be on your provider's server.
    I have toyed with the idea of getting a MobileMe account. Would that solve my issue/question above?
    MobileMe would be viable, especially if you're interested in synching your various iOS devices. It's not free, of course, unlike Yahoo and Gmail, although you've already discounted them...
    I have also toyed with purchasing my own URL, but it's hard to tell from the sites (1and1, Namecheap, etc.) if they come with IMAP email accounts included.
    Some registrars offer email hosting bundles with a domain registration. This could be a good way to go. GoDaddy, for example, have a email hosting option for domains you register with them.

    Open a new Finder window, Finder > File > New Finder Window, and it should appear on the left under Devices.
    If you don't see it there, or to get it to show up on the Desktop: Finder > Preferences... General tab, check External disks to have it show on the Desktop,  Or Sidebar tab, check External disks under DEVICES.

  • I've recently bought a new Mac, previously bought iWork online so I have a key code but now the trial is gone I don't know how to download it?!?

    I purchased 5 codes online for my macs about a year back and now have another macbook pro which I would like to put iwork onto. However, the trial versions are no longer available so I want to know how I can get hold of a copy of iwork and put in my serial number withought having to purchase another copy of iwork. thanks.

    I do have a copy of the trial. Unfortunately, my DropBox account was getting too much traffic so it's not available there for now. If you will send me an e-mail I will make arrangements to send it to you through a service such as You Send It. You will find my e-mail in the biography section of my profile page. I suggest you burn a copy to a CD or DVD and/or put copies on several drives for backups.

  • Bought a mac for my sons bday present of eBay :( it starts up in osx utilities screen, iv never seen the actual desktop(launch pad) I dnt know how to access the systemI know the basics for start up but says to delete files so I can dwnload the software?

    AS above states the computer seems to run normally as far as turning it on, tabs & pages are fine. But I can't access the system to delete some files.. Which is what the 'error' keeps saying everytime I tr and download a helpful link/app or software.. The instal disc that seems to be stored on the comp says its mountain lion 10.8 install disk 'read only' & this is the only disc it gives me to select to startup.. I have the full software on USB as its very large.. So .. PLEASE TELL ME finally, 
    HOW to ... Access comp files to delete required memory for software install?? If this is the best option..
    HOW to ... Erase everything on computer & install 10.8 via USB?
    And when or what enables me to see and use this computer correctly..ie, launch pad? Etc..
    PLease reply back in 'normal terms' as I'm already exceeding my boundaries of imac knowledge

    First: no, you cannot use someone else's install DVD unless it is a retail version; all others are machine specific. It will not work and would be illegal.

    IF that is correct, then you are not on 10.8 because the highest OS it can go to would be 10.6
    So, you'd either need the original install disks (preferred) or buy a retail Snow Leopard (10.6) - that is as high as you can go with that machine. And, your maximum RAM is 2 GB, so you couldn't go higher with the OS because of that either because it would not run well on 2 GB.
    If you do get 10.6, then I'd suggest increasing the RAM to the max. of 2 GB.
    If this is not the machine you got (maybe the seller just used any old box), then I'd suggest taking it to an Apple store/Genius Bar to have them sort out how to get out of this mess.

    If by "converted" you mean that you've converted the trailer to a normal project using the menu option File>Convert to Project, then YES it is still possible to edit the Credits Title.
    In the converted project, double-click on the blue Title bar that sits above the background clip. In the Viewer, double-click on the text you wish to change (or highlight text by dragging over it). Now you can replace the highlighted text by typing in the new text. You can also change fonts and font colours.
    It's always good practice to duplicate the Trailer before converting it. To do this, while in Project Library view, click on the Trailer name in the Library then select File>Duplicate Project. A copy will appear in the Library with the same name as the Trailer, but with the number 1 appended. You can rename this copy as desired. Now, convert the duplicate to a standard project and continue with your editing as required. You now have the original Trailer in template form (which can be further edited), and can duplicate it again if required.

    hi apple here is the problem.  i have my itunes account on my desktop.  i recently switched computers with a sibling and i have her itunes library on the laptop and i need to import my library from the desktop and replace her library with my library on the laptop.  i hope this makes sense and.  can you help me.
