I really need to buy in Apple Store the iPhoto BUT IS SOMETHING IMPOSSIVEL... two days I am trying to do it but I couldn't ... they ask two questions that I have never remenber. Please, is anyone else can help to buy it? Thanks, Maria

Maria, you can change your security questions/answers through the country site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or you can call the country support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the security questions.
At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

I'm so annoyed because I do not remember my security questions. I made my Apple ID 5 years ago and it is impossible for me to remember these questions. I've tried to reset them but I don't remember the password to my original email adress to reset them.

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
For your ecurity questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should restart. This will have no affect on your data.

When you saw this dialog box, did you choose "Erase and Sync"?
If you did, your iPhone was erased, then your iTunes Library was transferred to it. If your iTunes Library was empty, your iPhone will be also.
Your previously purchased music, apps, books, and videos are still yours. You just have to download them again.

Reset it by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. You won't lose any data by doing this.

Can't purchase songs because I don't have my security questions

I have been trying to purchase songs on my iTunes and it will not let me because I do not have my security question answers. I have tried multiple times to reset them and I haven't received my email. They will have to be answered the first time when purchasing from a new computer or device.

10.9 is free, so you could upgrade to that if you wished
if that's not an option for software compatibility reasons, you'd either need to re-install it from the original disks (that came with the computer, or a seperate iLife disc), a backup, or purchase a boxed version from someplace like eBay or Amazon (Amazon has iLife '11 for $39)
