TS1424 I have downloaded 2 songs from iTunes on my iPad but I can't seem to play them, there picture is there but the writing is grey out, meaning I cannot click on it. How do I resolve it?

You need to contact iTunes Customer Support.
I had the exact same problem and they gave me a full refund so I could download the movies again.
The cause is at Apple's end and you can't fix it from yours.

If you cannot powerup the phone, there would be no way to recover the photos from the device. Have you tried to just connect it to the computer? If the photos are that important, have you considered possibly a 3rd party repair to just fix the screen so you can access the device, or was there more broken than the screen?

I have purchased songs from the itunes store many times on this computer. Now it is saying that I have to answer security questions that I do not know the answers to before i can download a song. It says because I have not purchased before on this computer, but I have. Can't get past it and just download my songs.
The reset link will show on your account if you have a rescue email address on it, if you only have alternate email addresses then it won't show.

Since I have the iPhone4S I can't delete songs from the iPhone anymore, which I downloaded with the iPhone. I sync the iPhone with my library. That works perfect. But than I want to delete the songs on the phone. That doesn't work. Can somebody tell me how I can delete those songs?
You have to uncheck what songs you don't want in iTunes. I don't think you could delete songs off the phone direct, unless you had I tunes match.

Check your restrictions to make sure you don't have "Allow" turned off for Installing Apps:
Settings>General>Restrictions>Installing Apps. If you have Restrictions turned on, the Installing Apps option should be = ON.

It seems that when I download music from the ITunes app on my IPad and then go to play the songs on the music app the screen goes black. Why and how do I fix the problem?
Try this:
Make Sure iOS is updated to the latest version
Reboot the device by pressing and holding down the home and sleep/wake buttons (power) at the same time until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings -

There was probably a network error while downloading, try to delete the song and redownload it.
Delete the version in your library.

Far right has Quick Links, click on purchased and sign in

Might that new playlist be a smart playlist named something like "Recently Added"?
Yes, iTunes does create such a smart playlist and uses it to house recently downloaded songs.
If you want the songs to go to an existing playlist as well, set up the smart playlist to include rule(s) to include the latest additions. -
I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

I have had 4 mac computers and after years of downloading songs from itunes, I keep recieving a message that I need to set up an account. when I try to make a new account, i get an error that says i already have an account.
Have you tried checking the Store drop-down menu in the iTunes interface to see if you are signed in the existing account?

How do I download songs from iTunes Match for offline or spotty coverage?
I have a 64GB iPhone and want to be able to DOWNLOAD songs from iTunes match for use when I have spotty 3G coverage (or no coverage, or only expensive coverage, or on an airplane). How can I do this? Right now iTunes is not using any of my data storage on my phone for previously downloaded songs for future use (caching).
What you want to do actually has nothing to do with iTunes Match. What you need to do is enable automatic downloads in iTunes. Open iTunes prefs > Store and select the option for, at least, "music" and click OK. Now any music you buy will be downloaded to your iTunes library automatically. But iTunes will need to be running for this to happen.
