i have purchased an album and one of the songs hasn't completely downloaded. How to a resolve this problem please?

Try 'Store>Check for available downloads'.
Also check in iTunes home page, on the right, in QuickLinks for a Purchased section which may list purchases available to redownload 'from the cloud' - find the artist and see if it thinks all tracks have downloaded.
You may also want to check if you bought a 'partial album' which can happen if rights for one or more tracks have not been secured for itunes distribution.

    Have you tried deleting it from the iBooks app and re-downloading it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in iBooks ? Re-downloading.
    If it re-downloads in the state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

    I would suggest restarting the iPad and see if the download resumes.

    Resuming downloads from an iOS device
    From the Home screen, tap the iTunes icon.
    For iPhone/iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
    Enter your account name and password.
    Click the "OK" button.
    Click the Resume or Resume All button to start the download.
    If you don't see the application to download it, then follow these troubleshooting steps:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    If the app does not appear in your list of purchases, then contact the iTunes Store for help:

    After you connect the iPhone to your Mac launch iTunes.
    Select the iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window.
    Select the Music tab from the menu.
    Make your selections for the songs you want synced the click the Sync button bottom right side of the iTunes window.

    Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
    If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads with the same problem then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

    You need to be in a country to use its store, so unless you are in the US with a US billing address on your account then you can't buy from the US store - you can only use the South African store. You can try requesting that the song be added to the South African store, but unless the rights-holder agrees to it then Appl won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

    How to report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase
    Find the email receipt for your purchase.
    Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
    When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
    Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
    From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
    Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
    Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

    In iOS 6 you should be able to delete apps that are downloading... if you're not on iOS 6 just update to it and you should be able to do that. If not that, connect the iPad to iTunes, download the apps on your Mac or PC and then sync them with the iPad. That should work.

  • Issues with Receive Adapter receiving a file that has not completed uploading while send multiple files on the Send Adapter

    Hello,
    I am only a few weeks old into BizTalk so I am new to this application. 
    The pieces I have for my development environment consists of the following:
    FTP Server ---[SFTP Adapter]---> BizTalk 2013 ---[FILE Adapter]---> Internal Network Share Drive
    I currently configured a simple PassThru, One way Receive/Send in BizTalk where the Receive Port receives a file via SFTP 
    Adapter from our FTP server and the Send Port sends the file via the FILE Adapter to our Internal Network share drive. 
    The setup works great with small files.  However, when I receive a large file on the FTP server, the Send Port sends multiple instances of the file on the FTP server because the Receive Adapter sees that the file is there, but not yet
    fully uploaded.
    Can someone please guide me as to how I can determine when a file is fully uploaded to the FTP server before the Receive Adapter fires?

    Yap BizTalk does not have control over locking the file during read/write Operation and its the third party which need to take care of this (by rename the file after upload ) .
    If the file size is too large I would suggest to bypass the message box as it has performance bottleneck during peak hours 
    Apart from being repetitive, this is not good advice.  There is no indication that the file is too large or will cause any "performance" issues.
    The concurrency problem can happen with a file of any size.

    I have added my wife to my iCloud account so that we could share my purchased storage (200GB), but I find no indication on her devices that she is able to do that.     iCloud storage is assigned to and only available for the AppleID it was created under. It is not included as a shared resource for Family share.

    I clicked on a TV show to download. I got a message that my card was declined, (I'd cancelled that card a while back). I got a link to my billing info and updated the card. Then I went back to the page with the show I wanted and clicked on it. Then I noticed that it said "downloading 2 items" in the panel at the top, so I quit the program and came here.
    I assume my initial click became active after my card info was updated but I didn't notice and clicked again on the same link, so they're selling it to me 2x? Can I stop this? How?

    That is a free game, which means they suckered you or a family member into buying IN-Apps.  Am I right?
