TS1424 I keep getting this error: Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.
We have changed the CC on file recntly. I have verified that the info is correct, the balance is fine CVV is correct. I even purchased gift card through iTunes and entered it. It shouws the $20 for the GC but still gives the erro when I attempt to buy anything (Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.)

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

As frequent customer buying iTunes Gift Card, I would appreciate your kind clarification on below points, for my best reference:
- I'm using Apple ID Canada and playing a game (i.e. Clash of Clans from http://www.supercell.net) which identifies each game account by their GameCenter account. Hence in case of using only this Apple ID, for how many account game I can buy in-app purchases?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs. -

okay, i've tried changing my password, i've checked in with my bank on my credit card, but still nothing. It keeps saying to "contact iTunes support to complete this transaction" every time i try verifying my billing account. Any Help or ideas??

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account
if using an other computer make sure all fileds are right and filled in
