Hey! I had the same problem you did just today when I was trying to get my second iPhone to sync. What you need to do with music or anything extra that you doing you have to creat a second playlist or picture or anything that you would like to use, so that you can add to the second device that you are going to be using. I am not sure if that will help but it helped me out a lot!! Good luck!

Hopefully someone can help.... I have an Iphone 5 and want to create a music video playlist on my phone so then i can play through my apple tv... but when i make a playlist in itunes and try to add it over to my iphone it wont let me sync the playlist...? I have already added the music videos to my iphone so that is not the problem.... i cant seem to figure out how to make a playlist for them... IE: to make the videos play consecutively in the order i want without stopping after each video and gong back to the list.... this is what i have had to resort to make it work....what i want to do....is be able to make a playlist of videos on my iphone 5....take my apple tv to friends houses and with wifi....set up apple tv and play videos at the party and not have to stand by with the remote and find a new video to play stopping the music between the songs/videos....very annoying....and have spent over 4 hours one day and an hour and a half today on the phone today with a sr. advisor with apple and they have no clue.... this seems sooooo simple.... please somebody that really knows how to do this....i will be indebted forever...............

If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account. -

When you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID. This article describes how to manage these associations.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.
Note: Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90-day timer. You must wait 90 days from the day the device was first associated with your Apple ID before it can be associated with another Apple ID.

- Make a backup of he iPod by connecting the iPod to the computer. Right clickon the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Backup

Hi, I tried to add a pdf file to itunes and it wont work. I tried selecting "Add File" and it let me selcet it and acted like it was adding, but wasnt in my library under books, or any other tab. I tried this several times to no previal. Then I tried simply dragging and dropping to file, and it showd a plus sign and said copy, but once again it didnt appear. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it? Please help!

Converted video wont add to itunes
i have converted videos before on the same settings that go into itunes and ipod but i am having trouble with this one. i converted it to mp4, the same as all my previous converts but this one wont add to my itunes. when i try to open it with quicktime i get a message saying "error-2048 this is not a movie file. but it plays on my computer in its original format just fine. any ideas

my itunes was working fine until i tried downloading the most current version of itunes, now when i try to get on my itunes library, it wont boot up and has error codes, error 7, and( windows error 126). it also says that MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer,please re install itunes. but when I try to re install it it will not install on my computer.

What country are you in ? If you are in the US then you quite possibly have to add your state's sales tax onto the listed price.

Ok so to start off i made this ringtone off iTunes the normal way other people have done it and eveytime i add it to the TONES tab it wont add there ?? is there anything im doing wrong.
Make a valid .m4r file (aac format, less than 30 seconds long) and drop it into the Automatically Add to iTunes folder.

I FIGURED IT OUT. THANK FREAKING GOD!
This is what I did:
I went to control panel and unistalled iTunes completely, then I installed 10.6.3

It came up with an error saying that my library had beed used with a more updated verision, basically had to upgrade. I installed iTunes 10.7
After it had installed and iTunes was running I hooked up both my iPhone and my flash drive, I have more than 1 usb port I figure most computers do now, and by the time and date in the bottom right corner a small icon came up showing that I had devices hooked up. It showed both my iPhone (but did not know what it was) and my flash drive. If you right click on the iPhone it has the option to Troubleshoot it. I did it and my iPhone 5 now FINALLY SYNCS!

I just purchased an Ipad Mini from a retail store close to me in Melbourne and although I mentioned I was a student this year, the store was closing and we processed the payment. Only when I got home did I realise that I am entitled to an iTunes voucher to the value of $50.
I haven't yet received my Student ID from my university but I can proove my enrolment in other ways (acceptance letter from university and enrolment information)
I am wondering what I need to now do to obtain this voucher.
Do I have to return the iPad for a refund and re-purchase it again or is there a simpler way to arrange this?

The Apple Software update window pops up regularly wanting me to update the latst versions which are already on the computer. I have updated, removed the software and reinstalled, it still wants to update. Running "check for updates" from within Itunes, it says I have the current version Itunes. Running the same check from within QT yields the need to update both Itunes and QT. Is there a way to let the system know I am running the latest versions?I have found some similar, but not quite the same threads. I ran "regedit" from the command line and just looked for the word quicktime (I dare not edit the registry just yet, I am not technically competent enough). I found one entry at HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\0C7EC0FA4E3A37D(bunch more)....\SourceList\Net pointing to c:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\Installer Cache\QuickTime 7.73.80.64\. I went there and found several Itunes entries back to 10.6.3.25 and thee QuickTime entries back to 7.72.80.56. I have no idea if these do anything, but 7.73.80.64 is not the latest version on teh computer and it is not the latest version in the directory. The latest listed in this directory is 7.74.80.86
Found another key for itunes pointing to same directory area, ending with iTunes 11.1.3.8. This is the latest listed in the directory and it is the version on the computer.
Can I safely change the registry entry for QuickTime to 7.74.80.86? Within the registry, this data is the third line down. The tree lines are like this:
