TS1424 Message I get (can not connect iTunes store) help me please

I can not connect to iTunes store ,I need to upgrade lots of programs

Is this on your iPad, iTunes your computer, or another device ? If on your iPad then can you connect to the internet in other apps e.g. Safari ? If you can then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

İt's been just 1 months, so i iTunes store gives a Message which says " can't connect to Store" and just one option, you need to pick "OK" button. on my user manuel says iTunes store not aplicable in many countries, not many more,
    how can i change my iTunes Store settings? Or may i use iTunes Store from Turkey?

    Trying to connect to itunes store using windows 7 professional.  I have downloaded and re-installed so many times and still I can not connect.  The help function is saying I am not connected to the internet.     Im having a problem when in App Store and trying to download a game i keep getting error message saying "Can Not Connect to iTunes Store" since last night. Spent hours on the phone this afternoon with Tech Support since only 3 days old my iPad3, only to have him have me doing a restore after backing everything up...once off the phone i noticed the Restore wouldnt even work on my PC, saying an unknown error has occured. I am dreading having to call back and spend the next few hours on the phone with them on a brand new product. If still having problems going back to Apple Store in the local mall where hubby bought it for my bday present 5 days ago and will be demanding a brand new one... why should i have to restore a brand new product that was barely used during the past 3 days to factory settings..to me it is a product defect and want a new one since its brand new!! just thought id let you know what Apple Tech Support was having me do with basically same message.     Here are the specifics for working with an iOS device:
    Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
    Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
    Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
    Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
    Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
    Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
    Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
