If you are not able to receive a rescue email to reset your security questions and password:
You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.

After your password, security questions and answers are reset, I'd recommend providing a new rescue email address:
You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

Itunes purchased song did not fully download
I bought a song from itunes store and it did not fully download
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
i have the original ipad it is running iOS 5.1.1 - i tried to install Procreate and error message said this application needed iOS 6 - went back to itunes and downloaded iOs 6 and installed it on computer then resynced the ipad - but doesent update to 6 - anyone have a suggestion???
I contacted apple and they checked and yes the originsl ipad cant support ios 6 - so cant use procreate have also checked the procreate website and it appears they advised itunes of this - ideally there should end up being two versions of procreate - one for ios 5 and one for ios 6 -
dont want to sell the current ipad and get another - at this stage - for the amount of usage it gets not worth the expense

okay this is really making me mad!!! U tell me to go to itunes to download 10.5 abd then i go to itunes and its no even there i have checked! Get it Straight! Come on Itunes i thought that u were better than that! Really its ******* me off! becuase i want to download pictures and songs on to my iphone!

If you already have iTunes installed on your computer then you should be able to check if there are any updates available for it via 'Help > Check For Updates' -

This refers to permissions on your computer which must have been changed. Start by using Disk Utility to repair permissions. Then do the following:
Reset User Permissions and ACLs in Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
From the Utilities menu select Terminal. At the Terminal prompt enter: resetpassword. Press RETURN. When the window opens select your startup drive where it says "Select the volume containing the user account:" At the bottom of the window you will see, "Reset Home folder permissions and ACLs." Click on the Reset button. -

I purchased season two of game of thrones from iTunes. I only received one episode. How do I get the other episodes to download? They are not showing up as available to download - I have used all the help pages currently listed in iTunes help. Now what do I do? I am not spending $44 bucks for one episode and I am not paying again!! HELP??
When you are signed in at the iTunes store, under TV shows > Quick Links, > Purchased > TV Shows , Select relevant show > then tick Episodes & tell us what you can gleen from that.

What do i do if a song did not fully download and it only plays half the song the song
i bought a song on itunes the other day and i realized that only the beginning half of the song will play and then it will stop for the other half and no sound will be coming out but it will still be playiny. how do i get a refund or how can i redownload the song on itunes?
1. Delete the song from your iTunes library
2. Redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links
(Quick Links is on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes)
3. Check and play song- it should play in its entirety now. If not contact support. -

Before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff: What version of iPhoto. What version of the Operating System. Details. What were you doing when the problem arose? Did it ever work properly? Step-by-step descriptions of how you got to this issue. If something doesn't work, are there error messages? What happens when you try to do this thing? And what steps have you tried already to solve the issue. With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.

Provided that you are in a country where you are able to redownload past purchases, try the following.
Delete the songs from your iTunes library then redownload them by clicking "Purchased", under Quick Links at the top right of the iTunes store.

on top of that there is not customer service here
delete the songs you have just purchased from itunes. Then, go to the store and in quick links click on "Purchased". Then find on the top right "Songs not on this computer" (or something similar) and you will find them for download. It's best to download them one at a time and wait for one to complete before moving on to the next one.

HT1657 Rented a movie that did not fully download in 24 hr period
I rented a movie on Apple TV. While watcing the movie, it would freeze and the screen said it was loading. I was unable to watch the entire movie during the 24 hr period because it was loading until it expired.This never happened before. What can I do? Can I get Apple to download it again? Can I get a refund? I don't want to pay to rent the same movie and have this happen again.

I need help with redeeming a $15 App Store certificate. I tried to redeem earlier in the day and it was credited to my account. I could not figure out how to switch payment from my credit card to the gift card credit. Later on in the day I see the credit is completely gone and now the card is invalid. Nothing was purchased with the gift card so I want to know where the credit went. I also have$5 credited to my Apple ID from a past gift card that I can't access. What can I do. Is there a customer service number???
