My 5 year old grandson made purchases on my phone last night is there anything I can do. I need help please. It came up to almost 100$ I am sick

To try and stop it happening again, then if they were in-app purchases then you should be able to turn them off on your iPhone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (possibly depending upon what version of iOS that you have on the phone) you might be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions screen.
