Needing info on an album I purchased. Thought every song had downloaded . But the last song didn't download and then on the playback every song only had 2 minutes of play on it .It's like they are only partially downloaded. Thanks for any comments!
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

Bought a song and when play starts 3 seconds late so misses first two lines of the song.
If you deleted it from your library and re-downloaded a fresh copy, and the fresh copy had the same problem, then it may be a defective master file in the Store. Submit the problem to iTunes Customer Service.

I just bought 4 songs on iTune.Album:Voices light as the wind.I had the cd at home, but I lost it and decided to download the songs which I liked so much,I'd like to ask you to transfer me these songs with the original time , the songs are :
Venus (5:55 seconds) , Andromeda ( 8:04 seconds) , Hestia ( 9:47 seconds) and Aphrodite ( 6:39 seconds) !

I purchased and downloaded some tv episodes which were supposed to be 43 minutes each. When I went to play them, they were like clips of 30 seconds each. what should I do?
Where are you watching these shows? On an iOS device? If you are, look in the Videos app on the device, not in the iTunes app.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

My Nano 4th gen. ipod will not sync my new album I just purchased from itunes store. It says it is syncing but does not transfer music. can anyone help? I am using windows 7.

B.H.yes i have a solution to my problem only because of a recent phone call from apple they were great.......... in the right hand side of itunes my i pod was displayed. click on the ipod symbol........at the top of the page you will see summary,,,,,,music,,,,,,movies,,,,,,tvshow,,,,,,photo,,,,,on this ipod.
click on music check mark music done and sync

I just purchased a new macbookpro and I would like to put the music from my iphone to my macbook. I have downloaded from iTunes, however it want to add ALL music to my macbook.
When you plug in the iPhone, go to the menu bar and select "Transfer all purchases" to move them to your MacBook Pro.

(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
ipconfig /flushdns
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
Now try your music again. -
