How can I solve my ipad....In the first,I want to use my credit then buy something apps then when I click to buy,I can't purchase my credit...there some come up that 'iTunes connot connect to iTunes Store...how can I solve it??

I have a desktop running Vista and have iTunes version 9.02.25 running. I can connect my old 15GB iPod and iTunes will recognize it no problems. However when I try and connect my 6GB iPod mini, even though its charging, nothing happens.
Can you please help??
I used to have both connected to an older desktop I think.
I have also tried to manually put the iPod in Disk mode and then connect it by USB but this doesnt work. You can tell that the PC is not recognising it cos when you connect the 15GB iPod it makes a faint beep as in something is connected by USB but when you connect the mini there's no beep...

CANNOT RE-install iTunes on my HP! Please help!!!

I have an HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC (64-bit OS) running Windows 7 (Service Pack1). My iTunes was corrupted by the recent Apple update that went around. I found several forums on how to uninstall iTunes. Through much trial & error I was able tosuccessfully uninstall iTunes and it's related programs but now cannot reinstall. This is how I uninstalled:

For RE-INSTALLING this is what I have been doing (I've tried this 5 or 6 times now and it still is not working):
1. I go to the apple-iTunes website to download the most current version of iTunes for Windows (iTunes 11.1.5 for Windows 64-bit):

2. I click on "Download Itunes", fill in my email address then click on "Download Now".
3. A window opens with iTunes64Setup.exe asking me if I would like to save the file. I click "Save File".
4. A window opens asking me to name the file and select where to save it to. It automatically has my "Downloads" folder as the option. It lists the file as a Binary File (.exe). I don't change anything and just click "Save".
5. My computer acts like it is doing something but then nothing happens so I check in my Programs folder and there is no iTunes application listed.
How do i RE-INSTALL??!?! Am I missing a step or doing something wrong??!? Please advise. I need your expertise ... Please help me reinstall! I'm not sure why this is so difficult!

Try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

If you use IE instead of Firefox for the download, do you get a working installer?

If your iPhone can't be updated to a higher iOS version then the only way to get them is if you downloaded versions of them which were compatible with iOS 4.2.1 and you still have copies of those versions somewhere e.g. on your computer or on a backup - only the current version of each app is available in the store, and as apps (and other content) are tied to the account that downloads them, you will need to have older copies that are linked to your id

In the article Resolve iOS update and restore errors this is what it says about error 14:
Check your USB connections
Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014, or “invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you may be unable to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
Try a different computer.
If necessary, resolve any further issues with the USB connection, then with your security software.
If you're still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section.

I looked in console and its saying that it may be because of Sophos Anti-Virus, i deleted and uninstalled all traces of Sophos but looked in console and this is some of the lines coming up:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes numerous times as well as attempting all of the fixes that I could find on-line and still no joy.

That sounds extremely phishy to me... iTunes does not require authentication simply to launch it. I suspect you've got something nasty intercepting network traffic. That server may be set up to log the Apple ID that you enter so it can be used fraudulently. Try ComboFix from Bleeping Computer.
FWIW the domain mellor.co is registered to an accountants in Knutsford, Cheshire, UK, and produces the same authentication request if visited with a browser. There is no sign of a "real" publicly visible website at that domain which is a somewhat odd.

No one here can help you, nor can/will Apple. If you don't know the Apple ID/Password that was originally used to activate this phone, you won't be able to re-activate it. And, if the previous owner tells you that he/she doesn't know it, you're out of luck. You simply won't be able to use the phone for anything other than a paperweight.

RSS Bug getting closer to a fix... I really need your help!! Please?

Background: Cannot get SUBSCRIBE button to shoot me into iTunes/podcasts like it did before in v06.
Situation: (iWeb08) and http://www.threeboysproductions.com is a godaddy domain buy. http://web.mac.com/captmench is the actual address.
LONG AND SHORT: I really need to get rid of the www.threeboysetc from anywhere in iWeb but I can't seem to find a way.
Here's why:
Clicking on SUBSCRIBE from my Zachary's Film page generates this address:
http://www.threeboysproductions.com/Site/Zachary_Films/rss.xml
which, if you click on it you'll get the homepage. Why? Not sure but anything past the www.threeboyspetc/ just sends you to the homepage.
so
change www.tbp.com to actual title and you get a nice RSS feed:
http://web.mac.com/captmench/Site/Zachary_Films/rss.xml
HOWEVER --
Take any of those feeds and you'll get the main page again because they all say www.threeboysproductions.com.
For Example this from the RSS feed:
http://www.threeboysproductions.com/Site/ZacharyFilms/Entries/2007/8/25_FirstDinner.html
Sends you back to homepage
change it from www.threeboysproductions... and:
http://web.mac.com/captmench/Site/ZacharyFilms/Entries/2007/8/25_FirstDinner.html
It works fine!!
The xml file generated by iWeb confirms this:

Ok... part of this might have come from the migration to 08. I had to trash my old site and rebuilt from ground up (using the same dirt, I think) and maybe I ended up keeping some of the old information.
look at the forward link:
http://web.mac.com/captmench/iWeb/Site/ThreeBoys.html/Site/Zachary_Films/rss.xml
The part iWeb/Site/ThreeBoys.html must be from your old version , so you may want to look at your forward config at your domain host.
You may want to talk to your domain host, because the forward frame is generated by them.
