TS1424 Purchase on clash of clans could not be completed

I bought a iTunes gift card from a local H.E.B. and loaded it with 20$ and redeemed it myself and added the credits to my account and when I opened clash of clans i pressed purchase sack of gems (19.99$) it didn't work. It said "purchase could not be completed" and then I thought that it charges taxes so i added my dads card and i even tried to purchase 9.99$ worth of gems and it still says the same thing and I no longer know what to do... Please help!

Try to sign out of iTunes. Then reboot your iPad (hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds, when you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot) then sign back into iTunes and see if you can download the app.

Everytime I try to make an specific app's in-app purchase it tells me it could not be completed and to contact Itunes support. Itunes support has not responded to my inquiries since Friday. Is there another way to fix this problem?
I can still purchase from Itunes and other apps, but not the one I want to use.

Were u charged for it? If not, it shouldn't matter. But if it was charged, u can send supercell a bug report. In clash of clans, go to Settings -> Help and Support -> Report an issue -> purchasing issue
It will take u to ur mail and u hv to send an email to supercell giving an account if what happened. If u hv any proof like a screenshot of your credit card bill and that of the pop up box, u can send it in ur mail. As it is a purchasing issue, it should be looked into soon. Hope this helps.
