TS1424 Song will not download?

I purchased an entire album, and all the songs downloaded but one. I have enough memory, have the latest updates in software, and everything. The track will load all the way, then just restart downloading whether I try it from my computer or from my iPod Touch. What should I do?

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    i do understand that.  if you purchased the music on the phone.  its still available to you.  if you go in itunes on your computer.  go to purchases.  there should be all the music you have purchased.  there you can download the song if it isn't already and then sync it to your phone which will add the song to the phone.  have you tried to power off phone and then try to download again.   the itunes way is just another option. 

  • I have a new computer and have downloaded some new CD's to my music Library.  When synching the new songs will not download even though there is abundant room on the Ipod and the new songs are checked.  Could this be a Windows 8 issue?

  • Song will not download

    I am told that its error 450 "unknown error" please check that connection to the network is active and try again. I'm not sure what the network is (geussing internet?) and ive tried to download several times

    I have purchased at least 2 songs in the past week that will not download. It says it's doing it, and the thing just spins and spins. I left the computer on for 24 hrs and it just kept trying to do it.
    I have already paid for these songs, and I am scared to buy more without knowing an answer for this problem.

  • HT1491 I purchased a song on iTunes on my iPhone and the song will not download what do I need to do?

    I purchased A song off of iTunes from my iPhone and it will not load the song it has been a day and the song will not load. The load bar starts loading and them it goes back to nothing and re starts the download. After a few minutes an icon will pop up and say this song can not be downloaded at this time and has two options retry and done. I don't know what to do, I restarted my phone and it does the same thing.

    I'm on iOS 8.1 by the way. I forgot to update my phone information before posting.

    When it finishes downloading, it does not have the whole song.  When I delete it altogether and re-download it from the Cloud it is the same version.  I cannot find a way to "start over" and truly  download the song again.  The itunes store wont let me, etc.

    Under Edit > Preferences > Advanced click Reset Cache.
    Look inside your media folder and delete the folder Downloads if present.
    Clear your browser's cache.
    Try again.
    If the problem persists contact iTunes Store support through the Report a problem links in your account history.

    We had purchased a song from the iTunes store, but tried to download it from our cloud to put it on the main iTunes library, but after it completed it would not play and could not be downloaded to our devices.  Any solutions?

    Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the problem track from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your track there.
    While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
    If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.
