    I tried downloading a movie from the itunes store.  It shows up with a ! in the left column. When I go through the steps to eliminate the ! I get a message saying I have an error -1450. When I googled the error nothing came up. Can someone help?

    I did what someone suggested by going to the control panel and changing to the programs instead of system cache--but mine was already set that way so that didn't help at all!  I don't know enough about computers to go playing where I don't feel qualified to play so if someone has any help that is VERY easy and SAFE to follow I would appreciate it!

    I tried to change an Ipod Nano that i had been using on a Mac to sync with a Windows machine ...that gave all sorts of problems , so I have given up on that idea .Now I can't get the thing to work on my Mac either ...trying to reset to factory settings eventually leads to the error message 9008 ....and I seemingly have a small brick on my hands as nothing I have tried seems to make a difference .
    Any Ideas ?

    okay, something seems to work after wiping the IPod in Disc utility .....now I get a message along these lines ........."cannot reset because the iPod cannot be unmounted" ...
    Does anyone know what do I do about his ?....Anyone even have any ideas ?

    Can you please check the Folder Permission of the SLStore folder present at the below location:
    C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore\
    Is it read only? Are you able to create new files within this folder? Let me know.

    literally every time that I "should update" my software, as told to me by the software update system thing, and I listen to it, it screws up itunes, why? now whenever I open itunes, "unknown" error 42408 comes up.  What is error 42408? Unknown.  What I do know, is that now the remote app that I spent forever trying to get to work on my iphone now no longer is able to connect to itunes so clearly something is wrong.  It seems that people who experience this error experienced it with itunes 11, which my itunes keeps telling me to get, and they fixed it by downgrading to itunes 10.7, which I have. When itunes tells me to get itunes 11, I thought, sure why not, maybe it'll fix unknown error, but when I click "download," system update comes up and takes a minute and a half to tell me I am up to date, but it doesn't download the new itunes(I'm on osx10.6.8 btw).  Last time I uninstalled itunes and downloaded a new version/the same version, all 2500 songs I have were deleted and I just want to avoid that hastle. any suggestions?

    What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on? I suspect Mac because of the name your error.
