When I try to pirchase, I get this message - Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction. I've tried the support site and can't get any answers. Does anyone lknow anything about this?

I have been getting the same message as well on any transactions I have tried to place. I attempted to contact iTunes support, but was only allowed to leave an email regarding this problem. I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

why do i keep getting the message "Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction."? Oh, and I would love to contact support but they are never open for business when this happens to me so I was hoping someone knew what the heck was going on. I love my ipad and hate that I can't get the in app purchases that I need in order to advance to the next level to buy if I don't want to start the whole game again!! Please help. Let me know what you did to bypass this or get an itunes associate on the phone or what ever so I can solve this NOW!?

It works fine before 12/01/2012...I bet they don't even know what caused this problem...They keep asking me to read it without solving the problem..."Dose that just happen after December 2012??"

They would need an itunes account based in the country in which they live.

I am having trouble logging into my iTunes Account. When it ask me to verify my payment information. I verify that all the information is correct and press the done tab and get back this error message " Please contact iTunes support to complete this tranaction". check all payment parts are filled in and u have endered you last 3 digs on back on card used to set up account

We have changed the CC on file recntly. I have verified that the info is correct, the balance is fine CVV is correct. I even purchased gift card through iTunes and entered it. It shouws the $20 for the GC but still gives the erro when I attempt to buy anything (Please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.)

As to why you are getting the message, then it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. past billing issues, account issues ... -
