TS1424 yOUR PURCHASE COULD NOT BE COMPLETED - MESSAGE
Everytime I try to make an specific app's in-app purchase it tells me it could not be completed and to contact Itunes support. Itunes support has not responded to my inquiries since Friday. Is there another way to fix this problem?
I can still purchase from Itunes and other apps, but not the one I want to use.
Only iTunes Support will be able to help with that message - you could try contacting them again (did you get an automated acknowledgement that you could reply to ?) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ , and click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I know I failed twice when submit security questions but how can I reset?Hello k_chinami,
If you have access to the e-mail address associated with your Apple ID, you can use it to reset your password.
If you have access to the email addresses associated with your Apple ID
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
Click "Reset your password."
Enter your Apple ID and click Next.
Select "Email authentication" as your authentication method. Click Next.
Apple will send a message to the primary email address or verified rescue email address associated with your Apple ID. Open the message and click "Reset Apple ID password".
When the My Apple ID page opens, enter and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.

TS1424 Your purchase could not be completed
Hi
I'm trying to buy some gems to be used in Clash of Clans and have so in the past, but this time I'm getting a message "please contact iTunes support to moppets purchase". What does this mean? (Does this mean my security was compromised?).These are user-to-user forums, we won't know why you are getting the message, but it could be due to a number of reasons e.g. too many incorrect passwords, a problem with a previous purchase, if you are trying to buy them when not in your own country, ...
If you haven't already done so then you can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them why it's appearing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -
II've updated the software and I'm logged into my account

My Experience With "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed"
About two months ago, the Apple store hit me with the, "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed" message when I tried to rent a movie. I tried the obvious remediation steps, like switching the credit card, changing the device, and even trying a different Apple ID. Nothing worked. I contacted Support, and initially, I was told that I violated one of the T&Cs in the Apple Store agreement. I pressed a bit on Support because I was confused (what did I do wrong?), and then I received a message to try my purchase again in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the problem went away. Hurray!
Since then, I have run into the problem perhaps 15 times. Each time, I have contacted Support, and each time, I am told to wait for 30 minutes as the appropriate changes had been made to my account. I've asked, but so far, I haven't received an answer to my question about the core of the problem.
One thing to add -- when the problem pops up, usually one week after the previous occasion, the problem affects every device and Apple ID in the house. I wonder if the problem is related to me.
When this probem first occured, there were very few mentions of it on the Internet. Now, two months later, there are 2 pages of Google hits.
I hope this helps! Hopefully the good folks at Apple get enough support calls that they triage this weird problem.
Good luck from me, my MBP, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, and iMac!
