i have made and Apple ID using my PC (verified everything) but when i was about to use it in iTunes store using my iPhone the message that always "this Apple ID has not yet been used in iTunes Store."

As rex already mentioned, Apps and other content are forever tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. No transfers. No combining Apple IDs. Forever means forever.
In practice, this means any apps you currently have - free or paid - will need to be either repurchased using your new Apple ID or downloaded again if free. Until you refresh all of your apps, your iPad will ask for credentials to the old Apple ID any time one of the apps is updated.

They don't expire. As far as anyone knows Apple IDs live on forever - if you forgot its password use https://iforgot.apple.com. Good luck with the answers to whatever security questions it asks.

Right! That's the reason you do not create a new Apple ID.
As far as Apple is concerned a new Apple ID is a completely different user, with absolutely, positively no access to anything available to any other Apple ID.
Concentrate your efforts on resetting the password to your old Apple ID. It has not expired, and is the only way to use all your existing iTunes purchases, App Store purchases, computer authorizations... etc. Forget about the new Apple ID you just created.

My understanding is the you can have three apple ids per device.
You do want to be the first to set the Activation lock. This way you can at least restore you iPad should it get locked out.

you need to enter your apple id and you will see two options verify your date of birth OR Email Authentcation (That mean you have to option to option to reset your apple id and password either you can verify your date of birth and security questions, If you forgot your security question you can simply select Email option, you will recive one email from apple just click on the link and enter your new Password)

My old apple id basically kicked me off of it (Password became incorrect and I couldnt change it back) so I made a new one. I had apps on the old one that used the gamecenter. ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

My apple TV works with my new apple ID but I can't turn on home sharing because for that it is asking me to turn it on with an old Verizon apple ID on my computer. I have the new ID on my computer so it is only the apple tv home sharing that is wrong.

When downloading Apps from the Apps store will always follow the Apple id login. Please sign in with the apple id in which you used when downloading the apps to enable you to then update listed app.

HEEELP it's been like this for 2 months now

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them. Also, they can't be transfered to another account.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
Thus you will not be able to update those apps unless you can log into the account that pruchased them
