TS1470 Why can't i change my billing information in itunes? It keeps saying Please contact itunes support to complete transaction.
Anyone else having the same problem?
Have you considered doing exactly what it tells you to do and contacting itunes support?

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -

Why? Presumably because there is a problem of some kind.
How do you fix it? By contacting customer support I presume. It's certainly the best (and probably the only) option available to you. -

Panoramic photos. I have a Sony Cybershot camera. My problem is that I can't view my panoramic photos properly with iPhoto. Sony says to contact Mac support. Has anyone any info on this prob, please?
Not sure what you want - you shoot the photo by doing a sweep and the camera makes a static JPEG that is long (panaromic) and you import it - on the camera and in iPhoto is is a panaromic photo

I don't really understand what you are asking. There is no iTunes Player. iTunes on your computer is not the same as iTunes on your iPad/iPhone/iPod. On an iOS device, iTunes is just a store, where you buy music, rent or buy movies. The music you have in your iTunes library on your computer can be synced to your iPad and you choose what music you want to sync to your iPad while your iPad is connected to your computer in iTunes. When you are not connected to your computer via iTunes, any music you did not sync to your iPad will not be viewable in iTunes, thus it can't be played because you did not sync it to your iPad. I don't I can make this any clearer.........

Why can i not access my billing information?
When i attempt to buy movies or songs on iTunes I am asked to click on billing information after i have signed in with my apple id. When i do this, however, the same box reappears asking the very same thing no matter how often i sign in with my id and click on billing information. My apple id and payment method are working on my iphone. I can still purchase songs. What do I need to do to enable this on my mac book?
The same thing happens to me on my MacBook Pro. I was able to purchase a song from the iTunes Store yesterday, August 7, 2012, but not today. Unlike claireoh, I was not able to purchase a song using my iPhone either. The same dialog box, asking for my billing information kept on popping up.
I logged into my Apple ID account and made sure my credit card information was correct. I even re-entered my credit card number and the 3 digit security code. I logged in and out of my account in iTunes. I rebooted my MacBook Pro. Nothing worked.
I have several iTunes Gift cards from other countries and was able to buy a song from the Canada iTunes Store without a problem with a different Apple ID. -

I want to make an Apple ID with existing Game Center, but I don't have a credit card so it won't let me. On an article, it says that I need to make a new one in order to put no billing information, is it possible to put none for my existing Game Center?

If you are getting a message to contact iTunes support then they are the only people that can help - you will need to wait until you get a reply from them, nobody on here will will be able to fix whatever the problem is.

i use to be able to download everything i wanted, just tap and sign in and good to go, now it takes me to a verification page where i have to put in my security code for my credit card. but then it says contact iTunes support... its getting really annoying when i try to take my card off it says it could not be saved. or the same contact iTunes support ****
